Came here for a kids party on a Monday night. Since they close early 6pm, we only were there for about an hour since we came straight from work. Itrampoline is located in the old City Mill space in Waipahu, past the fire station. Being that it was a Monday on a school night, it was empty with maybe 2 other families in the entire place. If you are not jumping, there is an area to sit. There are also vending machines and arcade type games available. The kids enjoyed themselves so no complaints there. read more

My kids love it here. One star knocked off for poor customer service. A line behind me was forming but the staff does not seem to take notice that we are standing in the EXPRESS line for quick service like buying drinks or socks. We were all ignored, until I managed to get the attention of one of the staff members. Heads up, their socks are very thin and cheap. It may have a hole after just 30 minutes of jumping. Great fun for the kids. Although, it's a bit pricey and they don't serve food! I suggest eating before you go. There are vending machines that sell chips, soda's, and microwaveable food. We went on a Monday and the vending machines were practically empty. Because it was our first time there, we didn't eat before we went because I figured there'd be food to buy there. I was wrong and starved. There is an option of ordering from Papa John's pizza but according to the staff at iTrampoline it would take at LEAST one hour for an order to arrive. The foam pit is no longer a foam pit it's now air pillows. Bummers! The price to jump is $15/hr. Which is fine for kids, but what adult can really jump for an hour straight?, Not I! They have special socks for jumpers. The bathrooms are in a portable trailer so they are not handicap friendly and it's very tiny and squishy. If you don't have an appointment it is more then likely you'll be waiting to jump. When we arrived there was an hour wait. Word of advice, get there well BEFORE your reservation time and do the waivers online beforehand! It's so busy, you will spend at least ten minutes just lining up to see the great, friendly counter staff. Our one hour jump reservation was at 1:30 pm, so we walked in around 1:30 pm, but was delayed due to the line. As a result, we didn't get "start" wrist bands until 1:42 pm, but was further delayed again because we had trouble doing the QR code/online waivers (needed for each in your group). Basically, we didn't get to the jump fun until almost 2 pm. At around 2:42 pm, we were prompted by the staff on the trampoline floors that our time was up, much to the dismay of our four year old son. We told them our check in ordeal & they suggested we talk to the counter staff. There, employee "Precious" (who had checked us in) & other counter staff graciously gave us different color wristbands good to 3:30 pm! Needless to say, our four year old was happy & so were we. We came here for our son's birthday and it was our first time here and unfortunately it wasn't the greatest experience. It started with the front desk person, which really set the tone for everything. She wasn't welcoming and was very short with her answers. She also asked if it was our first time here, which we said it was and yet she didn't explain that there were lockers or that we needed a game card or where to get it, etc. The machine for the game card also didn't work. And the lockers were overpriced for the amount of time you get (I think only an hour). I didn't realize I went a little over time and had to pay an additional $3 just to open the locker so I could get my bag out. We also asked to do the virtual reality game, which has a separate fee which we paid for, but then we had to wait a while for an attendant to meet us at the game to set it up. We weren't sure if they forgot about us. Just mediocre service all around. I get that these are hard times and I really don't want to leave an unfavorable review, but a positive attitude costs nothing. And this place doesn't have friendly or helpful workers. The facility itself is great. The amount of trampolines and square footage of space is impressive. There's a huge fan above the trampolines so it always feels cool in there. There is also a nice variety of arcade games to play. They also had safety precautions in place such as social distancing, hand sanitizing upon entry, and mask wearing. Overall my kids still had a good time, but the vibes in there wasn't very friendly or happy. At least not what you expect from an amusement venue aimed towards kids. read more

Man being a townie, this place is on the other side of the planet but the kids love it! Prices are pretty reasonable and the place is clean. It's gets kind of busy (check in took forever) but the staff have a good attitude and customer service! The dodgeball bouncey area is pretty cool and popular and the main area had lots of little kids - which was surprising. They do freebie giveaway contests with easy trivia so sit near the announcer guy :) They're also pretty lax on the outside food if you bring in water bottles. Just don't roll in a cooler :) they'll nicely ask you to remove. Ha. Gotta try right? The place is huge and can accommodate a lot of people. There are also couches and chairs right next to the bouncey area so when the shift change happens, grab a couch! They go fast. We went for a party. We haven't been there for years since it moved. From what I seen it's so much bigger and spacious. It was cooler at the party area. I didn't really walk by the jumping area. The kids seemed to love it which is the main concern. Doing the waiver online saves time. My kids love to play dodgeball and when jump time is done, then they play with the jenga games and other games in party area. The place is clean. Bathroom is clean which is a plus for me. I like that you can bring your own food in for your parties (I don't think you could before). Definitely a fun place for all ages. read more

Who doesn't like jumping in trampolines? Well you can do it here in an open warehouse with several different set ups. They have two basketball hoops where you can master that Air Jordan you've been wanting to do. A runway where you can do you gymnastics moves. Individual squares where you can jump like the ones you have in your backyard. There is an area in the back too. However, my 10 yo son enjoys the dodge ball the most. He would only come out for water and goes right back in. Besides trampolines, they do have a small kids play area, arcade, mini golf, and even a tattoo lady that works on tips. They do have some drinks and popsicles and some vending machines. However, you can bring your own food and drinks. Book online to save a couple of dollars a person and reserve your time a lot. Make sure you sign their waiver while booking. That way you just check in and jump. If you can't do it online, you can do it when you arrive. Came here for the first time in a while. We was celebrating my nephews birthday party here. This place is soooo hot and barely had any windows which kind of contained all the stink and sweat. On top of that, there was section where you used to be able to jump into a foam block pit and sink, but now they put like a large tarp over it so you can land on that instead of in the pit..kind of lame if you ask me. Overall, there's really nothing here to do other than jump on little trampolines, play dodgeball, basketball, and jump onto a tarp. There's a sign on the door stating that outside food are ok, but no drinks??? Their drinks are expensive too, but at least they have water jugs with little cups for people to use. My kids had a blast for like 30mins jumping non stop, but after that they were over it. I think if there was another party held here, I wouldn't mind coming back. There's a lot of parking right outside. The staff here are very limited, but appear friendly. The tickets are still kind of expensive for jumping on a trampoline. Place is pretty clean considering the hundreds of kids that must run thru there daily. It's pretty big and accommodating, lots of room for the kiddos to let loose. Restrooms were very clean and well kept. Great family environment. There's different trampoline activities, an arcade area, place for toddlers to play, mini putt, tabletop activities, and a huge area for parties. They had a basketball game on in various areas and lots of seating for those not jumping. Definitely will come again. Oh, and the waiver you fill out is valid for a year so that's great. I would have never gone here but my 6 year old insisted we go. To get it out of his system, I took him yesterday afternoon. Learning from the Yelp reviews, I bought my tickets online as they were cheaper, but not faster :(. Four staff in the counter took so long to check-in people. 10 minutes wait. I booked online and asked for a gold wristband. I ended with a light blue. Ok, it's not a big deal. But why ask me in the first place if you don't follow it?!? Useless. I was sure to be ready when I checked in, and even brought socks for my son, since he wore crocs. Well, guess what? I wasn't that ready because they only allow gripped socks. Seriously? So we have to buy two pairs for $3 each. And my son hates it because it kept getting stuck on his toes which made him uncomfortable. What a rip off?!? The girl at check in knew it is our first time (because we submitted a waiver) but she didn't even acknowledge us. After she received my sock payment and giving me a wristband she just kept looking at her register. I asked her, are we done? She nodded and told me to just go. No guiding or intro where things are. We are finally over the first hurdle (and my blood pressure was rising). I wanted to use the restroom, but the women's bathroom was in "cleaning" status (and was still unavailable for over an hour after we finished our session). I had to figure my way around the warehouse. It was easy, but no customer service at all! Rules after rules after rules. I understand this is for safety, so no need explain to me why. But when they whistle to kids, staff just yell in their station. So disappointing coz sometimes, kids don't understand why it isn't allowed. They are not kid-friendly! I have to explain to my son why we can't jump in same square together, because I want him to understand REASONS behind things. Not just a NO! Or in their case, whistle or yelling. If they want to save time, post the darn rules so we don't feel they make it up as they go. (Other rules: no helping your kid to climb on the red block, no phones unless in the black area, one at a time in foam pit, no socks on foam pit, no more than 1 jumper per square). Everyone has to wear their gripped socks except in foam pit, where my son spent most of his time. So the $3 sock was in my pocket 75% of the time (this time, I must've smoke out of my ears). Finally, time to go home. I spent 5 jumps on this horrible place. My son still have energy to ride the coin operated car. Ok, fine coz I like to take his pix/video on those. After putting $1, it won't start. It wont give my coins back. Seriously? No broken sign or anything. Arrggh. Here's a tip: don't come here. And if you decide to, don't pay for yourself if no one else can watch your belongings. No locker and you will be frustrated with all the whistles and rules. read more

The first time we came here was for a birthday party, the kids had a lot of fun. The only negative thing about birthday parties here is that you can't bring your own food, you must order their food- which is Papa John's pizza. And you can bring in your own cake. While this sucks for birthday parties (since my favorite part of birthday parties is all the great food), I think it is a good idea for iTrampoline and probably helps keep the place clean too. This place is great for rainy days or those days when the children need to get out their excess energy. It's good exercise for adults too! Hard work! read more

First time in this place and I was amazed with the cleanliness and safeties for the kids. Did my research online and had my waiver form filled out before hand. My kids had a blast and asked to stay longer. Spacious room at the waiting area where parents can relax while the kids are playing. The restroom is clean and well maintained. They have employees that monitor the kids in the jumping area that makes me feel secured for the safeties of the kids. They have specials on the weekdays, just check their website. Ehhhhhh...So iTrampoline seems to be a fun place, something different to do here in Hawaii. It's located on the west side though, so it's a bit of a drive for us townies. It felt like we drove to the middle of nowhere, but there was pretty great signage directing cars to the warehouse in which iTrampoline is located. We had booked online to save some money, but had to fill out waivers and wait in a substantial line. By the time we got to the front to buy gripy socks, we were more than a couple minutes late for our jumping time. The workers were nice enough to put us in for the next time slot. If you bring anything with you, you'll have to pay for a locker. There are a few simply put together "party areas". They're between the locked and the jumping area, so if you get a locker, you'll have to inconveniently walk around all the parties. You can also leave your shoes/slippers on the public shoe racks and leave your things/ sit around the "general public" tables and chairs, which are limited considering how many people are in the warehouse at one time. The warehouse itself is large, but not air conditioned. There are those big warehouse fans like Costco has, so it's relatively cool considering the heat outside. When you look up at the ceiling, the roof looks like it's falling apart in some places. Whatever material they taped up there is starting to peel off. It's a little disturbing. Once you start jumping, it gets pretty hot. We also weren't really told any rules, but we learned pretty fast when the workers blew their whistles at us. 1) the jumping area is made up of many individually sized trampolines. You aren't allowed to jump in one square with another person. Each person has to be on their own square. 2) when you get tired, you can't sit down in the jumping area, you have to go off to the side and sit in a chair. 3) the dodgeball area is dominated by private parties and little kids who won't leave. Don't expect to get a chance to play dodgeball. Even when one of the two courts were unoccupied, the workers told us it was reserved for a party-- the whole hour we were there, no one used it. It gets a little boring honestly and because I was with some of my best friends, we had more fun standing around one trampoline square and talking than we did jumping around. Will I be back? Everyone wanted one last get together the night before everyone left to return home... And they chose iTrampoline... I remembered my niece saying it was somewhere in Campbell Industrial and at first I thought I was lost BUT you take the very first left as you are entering Campbell Industrial and drive ALL the way down, which will be located on your right. The prices are reasonable for jumping around and getting sweaty. You cannot bring outside food BUT you can reserve for a party! You do have to buy their socks IF you do not bring your own non-skid socks AKA hospital socks for $3.00 There is a little play area for the little kids and there is a HUGE area of trampoline, where you can jump around to your hearts content. Just a side note, I didn't believe my other niece when she declined to jump because she said that she had the urge to relieve her bladder each time she would jump on the trampoline. However, I believed her when I stopped jumping with my grandson and went quickly to the restroom (which was clean). There is this foam dive pit that was hilarious because my daughter was having a difficult time climbing out. There is an area where you can play dodgeball with any other group that is game to play with your group. There is also a basketball area if you want to believe that you can fly like Michael Jordan. They do have drinks and I'm thinking that they do sell snacks at a certain time. They have been giving good deals to schools as well as home school associations, which is pretty great to hear. From what I've experienced, I have nothing to complain about because they were really professional, friendly and there were alot of staff around to make sure that no one was getting out of hand or doing anything dangerous (like having a sudden loose bladder). Took the family to iTrampoline yesterday. Finding the place wasn't difficult at all, if you have google maps on your phone, it'll bring you directly to the front. It's a huge warehouse with a good amount of trampolines on the right side, sitting areas with couches and some picnic tables near the arcade games. We were lucky that it wasn't packed when we went, because their "1 person per trampoline" rule would've been difficult to manage if the place was full. There is no foam pit, but they did have a huge air bag kids can do flips onto. Looks like a large air mattress covered by plastic. Hoping this gets wiped down a few times a day at least, due to the amount of sweaty kids and adults landing on this thing. As far as food not being allowed, we had no problem walking in with a lunch for the family, also saw other families eating sandwiches and other things in the waiting area. Customer service was good, the guy at the front desk helped me out with a refund because I didn't add the coupon code when I paid online. The prices may seem a bit high, but I can understand they also have to pay their rent/lease for the location. Living on the island, most everyone can understand that rent/lease/mortgage and utilities aren't free. Another thing to note, there's a church that shares the warehouse with the trampoline park, right past the mini golf, next to the bathrooms. Also a lady that does "glitter tattoos" or something, seemed a little out of place to see these things there. Overall, I'd bring my kids here again. I booked iTrampoline for my daughter's 11th birthday and I think it was a great choice. My daughter did the research on several locations she wanted to have her party at and chose here. She has been here several times before but it was my first time. First off booking the party through their website was really easy and the party coordinator was pretty awesome and kept me updated as the party got closer. Drinks had to be bought through iTrampoline because they had problems with alcohol being brought in before. Food could be brought from outside and we got food from several different places and they had a food warmer, a refrigerator, and freezer if needed. We just used the drink refrigerator and it was super convenient cause it was right in the party area and kept our poke cool prior to being served. The on-site party coordinator did a good job to even though they got slammed as the party went on. We bought the highest package and the only thing I thought wasn't good was the VR card that took forever for the kids to use. The kids enjoyed the jumping and the game cards and I'm sure all the kids passed out after they got home that night. The party area was air conditioned with large ceiling fans which made the party area comfortable. Overall, it was super fun for the kids and super easy for me as parent throwing the party. Kind of torn what to rate this place. Although I give it a 5 for FUN, the price is a little steep for a short visit, especially if it's your first time and you need socks. I took my 2 kids here and the first visit for only 1 hour was over $50 (including 3 pairs of socks). My daughter had a blast in the foam pit but unfortunately my son was really bummed out that he wasn't tall enough to go in. They have a lot of rules - no cameras on the trampolines, you must keep bouncing, etc but overall it's a great time - probably just won't be able to go often. read more
