We ordered 4 drinks the other night and because I'm so coordinated I dropped them and their was a boba explosion, but unfortunately not in my mouth We came back to order more and they remembered us since I'd only been gone 5 minutes. They cleaned me up, washed and blow dried my hair, gave me fresh clothes (including socks) and remade all of our drinks free of charge. I heart them Bff (boba fiend forever). I've been coming to boba time for 5 years religiously. My kids and I love it ! However, we don't come to this location anymore because the service is a bad experience. The shorter Asian girl who works the front here is very rude for no reason. I've experienced and witnessed it. My kids and friend come here too and commented the same thing before I even mentioned it after placing their order. The first time I brushed it off as her having a bad day- everyone has them. But it's EVERY SINGLE Time we interact with her despite how nice we are and it's driven us to other nearby locations. It's really unfortunate to be treated rudely as a patron esp one who's 9 months pregnant. If I could give this girl a message I would tell her you don't know what people are going through in life. And to be nice/friendly. ESP when representing a business. We are now happily giving our business to the Los feliz location and it has been a very pleasant experience! Ive purchased drinks here before, and it's been fine- depending on who you get to help you. But I bought some fruit smoothie drinks, and they either added rocks or left the peach pits in. All these dark dots are chunks of hard substance that could crack your teeth. Drinks are ruined, we tried to save them by pouring out to filter, but no good. Waste of $$. read more

Our favorite Boba Time location hands down (and probably the tiniest lol). Employees are all enthusiastic, kind and great at their job. Never had a drink we didn't like.
