Not the best IBT that we have been to. The menu was more limited than most of their shops. Technically, this isn't a shop - it is a counter in an exterior wall. This was definitely the worst boba we've had at any IBT. The staff was just on the border of being rude - more like disinterested in being there and was going to make sure the customer knew it. I like the fact I don't have to drive over the grade to get my boba time. The boba time in Simi Valley is larger in size, with indoor seating and more dessert options, but I like the outdoor concept of this store. It looks crowded everytime I walk by, in reality it's because it's a walk up window with no indoor seating. The cashier was friendly and service was under 10 mins for 1 drink. With 6 ppl standing in front of me. My large Rose milk tea with boba was $4.25 My boba was still warm and it diluted the drink a little and the Rose taste was subtle, overall it was good, but not like my favorite spot in Chinatown. Wait time was a little long, but I get that they're still training and the lady ahead of us did order about 5 drinks. Employees were courteous and polite. Drinks we got: frosty milk #3 "fresh milk ice blended sweetened with strawberry, egg pudding & honey boba" frosty milk #4 "fresh milk ice blended sweetened with caramel, egg pudding & honey boba" Those are our usual drink orders when we get boba in the OC area. The strawberry in mine was delicious and fresh. A lot of other places use strawberry syrup, but you can taste that it's made of real strawberry. The honey boba was great. A little on the sweeter side, but still good. Hopefully with training, they can cut their wait times down. Other than that I can't wait to come back and try something else! read more

This location is only a customer service window and the customers all wait outside. Their drinks are very good. They are only certain flavors or teas that I buy all the time. I can't have to much caffeine so I will get watermelon fruit tea, sugar milk boba or Taro boba. These 3 v ft labors are very good and delicious. Once in a blue moon I will try something like smoothie. I will order mango smoothie with boba or cookies and cream boba for my husband.
