    We bought a R 6 on sept last year the light pilot stop working there is 12 volt goin in but no reach the black box what to do?

Mr. Martin was definitely able to get the job done. I needed my room painted, my bed put together, and three television mounted. He able to get everything done promptly. He was even able to give suggestion as to what materials I need to buy in order for him to get his job done. I am completely satisfied with his services and I will definitely be using him again!!!

I called to schedule maintenance, but after scheduling the appointment, I realized my upstairs unit wasn't working. In fact, instead of cooling, my bedroom was getting hotter. He came through as scheduled, conducted diagnostic tests on both of my units, and unfortunately gave me the bad news. He presented some options, and both were costly, but what can you do? The invoice broke down everything he had presented. We decided on a way ahead and scheduled the fix for the coming days. On the day of service, he arrived early and got to work. It took him a little over 4 hours and he explained what he was doing along the way. I'm back in service! Today is expected to be a 90-degree day, it's right on time. I already feel the difference and am looking forward to a reduced electric bill (based on some of his explanations). I'll continue to use his services going forward.

Upon returning home, I observed that all systems were functioning optimally. The sole minor inconvenience was an oversight on my part regarding the timely submission of payment.     UPDATE ALERT! THIS…read moreCOMPANY GETS ZERO! STARS! The woman who answer the phone and rides with her husband is the most rudest woman I have come in contact with in a long time. She didn't want to answer any of my questions she said I was asking too many questions concerning my air conditioning unit. She tried to force maintenance service on me when all I wanted was my unit fixed at the time. She refused to let her husband fix my unit. He was going to FIX IT. SHE TOLD HIM NO! You are not fixing it. She wanted me to maintenance done now and without me getting maintenance done I could not get my unit fix the drain was clogged, they saw a problem. So she stormed out the door tracking all kinds of dirt on my carpet as she left and said she would bill me , really please this company is a two person company her customer service was unacceptable. ttwice before going to Lucas air! UPDATE ALERT! So Lucas air responded to my review and told 95% lies. 1. As we all know the weather has been chilly and my air was off for over 24 hours so I did not continue to run my air. 2. I NEVER got irate with Lucas air, Lucas Air got irate with me because they wanted me to purchase a maintenance package instead of unclogging MY drain. 3. The only truth in Lucas response was my carpet was wet, that's how I found out my furnace was leaking. 4. I CALLED MY home warranty company, reported the very rude and unprofessional service from Lucas Air, they sent out a new company the very next day and the new company fixed the furnace with pleasure and did all necessary maintenance that needed to be done to the furnace, added a easy access drain spout so the clog could be prevented in the future, ALL COVERED! Luca Air got a PARTNER VIOLATION AGAINST THEM FROM MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO FIX MY FURNACE WITHOUT ME PURCHASING A MAINTENANCE PACKAGE FROM THEM. That speaks for itself.

    almost any other company would be better than trying this one…read more Lucas Heating was dispatched by through our home warranty plan. they were very rushed while here. they rushed out leaving all their van doors open, had to run down the road yelling at them to stop. they superficially added a small amount of Freon, changed a battery and a filter. they did NOT assess the condensate trap line which should be an automatic trouble-shooting items as it needs annual maintenance. so guess what, 90 degrees outside this week and my AC still does not work. but wait, it gets better. Shantel called around 8:30 this evening. She wasn't responding to the curt but polite voicemail I left. She needed model and serial # because her techs forgot it. she then proceeded to argue with me that they added Freon and it freezing over can happen, despite my trying to describe the condensate trap. I offered to send a picture and email the info she needed, she pushed me to "just go out and read it to me". when I refused and said the techs can get that info when they come actually do their job (in a heated voice but not cussing or screaming) she stated I could get a different contractor because she doesn't deserve to be talked to that way, then she hung up on me. ..... what way, by a customer wanting quality work or them to stand by their work? to say I'm hot is, well, literal. it is still 85 in the house and is only going to get worse over the weekend. UPDATE: home warranty company filed a partner complaint against this contractor. UPDATE 2: I most certainly did NOT get nasty. You declined the opportunity to slow down and communicate via email. You want the model and serial # right then. it didn't matter what I was doing, you repeatedly asked me to go outside to get the info. the filter needed changed but was not dirty enough to cause a problem. the batteries were irrelevant as the thermostat is being replaced next week. hey but thanks for having courtesy enough to talk to your customers. PS the claim wasn't denied, they assigned a different contractor and accepted my complaint against you.
