Followed their VERY EASY to navigate online forms to get an offer. Received a FedEx FREE shipping label. Sent the package off. Tracked it to their facility in FL. Received a confirmation of receipt email. Next day, got a digital check for the FULL AMOUNT of the original offer! SMOOTH, EASY & HONEST deal. What more could you ask? If you initially misrepresent the condition of the item you're selling and get an offer base on that misrepresentation, don't expect them to be stupid and over-pay you for a piece of junk! read more

Had they taken a cloth and wiped the surface, those abrasions would have disappeared. I have found this to be a common practice. I always get photos back that look nothing like what was shipped, and it has become exhausting to argue with them about it. Meanwhile, they race to pay you for the return without you approving their appraisal first in hopes that you don't contest their findings. I have dealt with ItsWorthMore on several occasions, and you would think by now I would have learned my lesson. Each time I have dealt with them, they have been very shady and dishonest in their sales tactics and looking at similar complaints on the Internet, this seems to be common practice. When looking to sell your device, such as an Apple product, ItsWorthMore lures you in with a higher quote than all the other online resellers. Once you begin dealing with them, you understand why. Their aim is to get you to sell your device to them and then downgrade the value of the device once in their possession. I submitted three Apple items to them for sale. All three items were downgraded in value by the company. Mind you, not the first time this has happened as they tried to do the same thing with an iPhone sale a few years back that I had to fight them on and finally won. In this case, I sent them a pair of Apple AirPods Max. I was quoted a price of $190.00. They downgraded the value to $170 citing there were scratches on the headphones. They paid me without my consent. Usually, they will send an email asking for consent to send payment based on their valuation. In this case, they rushed payment to me and closed the sale. I reached out to the company several times asking for them to send me photos showing damage on the device. Each time, they refused to send me photos and gave me the run around instead. As of this complaint, they have had my device for more than two weeks and still refuse to send me proof of their valuation despite my many requests. Every time I email the company or call them, they give me excuses as to why they cannot immediately look at my device after having it in their possession for more than two weeks (and promising resolution within 7 days). The fact they are playing these games with me at the moment and refusing to send me photos of my headphones they claim have scratches on them tells me everything I need to know about the reputation of this company. I would do a deep dive into the negative reviews that have been posted about this seller across the Internet. There are many, and there is a reason for that. Absolutely terrible experience with ItsWorthMore from start to finish. The first issue was the timeline. They advertise a 4-7 business day turnaround unless you pay extra for faster service. When day 7 came and went, I called for an update and was told it would probably take another 5 business days. No proactive communication, no apology, nothing. I asked to speak with someone in charge, and the representative said someone would call me back before the end of the day. No one ever did. When they finally reviewed my device, there were no issues with it. I included the original factory power cable and everything requested. Then they decided they didn't like the cable layout and reduced the offer price because of it. At that point, after already wasting so much time, I just agreed so I could be done with the process. To make matters worse, they didn't even send the cable back, despite saying they wouldn't use it. That cable was worth around $50. Then payment took another full day to arrive, and the payment method they used ended up hitting me with fees. I strongly advise anyone considering ItsWorthMore.com to avoid sending them your device. I shipped them an iPhone 16 Pro Max using the UPS label they provided, packaged properly and following every instruction. UPS tracking shows the package moved normally through multiple facilities and was delivered on 11/12/25 at 12:08 PM, signed for by "ERIC" at their Sanford, FL location. Despite clear proof of delivery, the company later claimed the package was 'empty.' This is simply not credible. The UPS tracking history shows the package had normal weight at drop-off, and no weight discrepancies or exceptions were recorded at any point in transit, which indicates it arrived at their facility in the same condition and weight as when I shipped it. After researching further, I discovered a disturbing number of recent BBB complaints from 2024-2025 describing the exact same scenario: - UPS shows packages delivered normally - ItsWorthMore claims the box was empty or filled with unrelated items - High-value devices disappear - Customers are left with no resolution Given the number of similar reports, I am working with local law enforcement to build a case against them, and I have provided officers with all tracking, correspondence, and documentation. Customers deserve to know the risks before sending anything of value to this business. The seller has seen the photo's. He knows the package was not left at my home. Yes Tracking proves item was delivered, but the photo proves it was left at wrong HOUSE. The seller is attempting to SCAM me and EBAY. Seller is aware the package was left at the wrong house because I told him and I provided a picture of my house with the NUMBERS..."1534" and the front door of my house is "BLACK". Looking back it's obvious that ItsWorthMore.com had no intention of honoring the quote, proof that anything seeming too good to be true is usually not. Several hundred dollars deducted from their website offer on a brand new MacBook Air because they claim that the power cord had a funny smell (strange because I only briefly used the supplied cord twice, preferring to use my own Apple USB-C cords). I grudgingly consented, received an email stating that the check had been mailed. I was concerned 5 days later with no check delivery and almost irate 7 additional days after that when I had to call back to arrange digital payment instead. No refund of the $50 subtracted from the offer for expedited payment. Never again, next time it's a pawnshop or Craigslist or a post-it note on a bulletin board. read more

Bought a refurbished iPhone from ItsWorthMore that they claimed to be in good shape. I put a SIM card in, and though text worked, could not hear anybody I called or that called me 'cause it was bearly audible. Took awhile but they finally sent a return label. They paid my bank Visa debit card back about 50% of what I paid, saying something was different. I sent in the phone and cable, which was all they sent to me. I had UPS pack it so it was secure, though I had to send back by USPS because that was the method on the return label. They sent a faulty phone and I sent it back the same. They should have paid me 100%. They have their own website, plus are on eBay, where I bought as a guest. As a guest you do not get to respond to getting scammed or even write a review. But know that the company ItsWorthMore treats customers badly, and if you buy a phone from them it could very well be defective. read more

I bought a phone from ItsWorthMore via BackMarket that was clearly sold as unlocked. I used it on T-Mobile without issue. When I tried to trade it back, they refused, claiming it was locked to Verizon -- which contradicts both the original sale and my usage. I've submitted a complaint to BackMarket, BBB, and the FTC over these misleading and inconsistent practices. Be cautious dealing with this company. read more

The folks at "It's Worth More" provide not only a legit service of surprisingly high value (I could NOT have sold for more on my own) but they saved Christmas this year for my family - Though their turnaround times are clearly communicated throughout the submitting process, it became necessary for me to request they expedite the payout. They responded immediately in kind agreement to my request. The funds became available in my account within a few hours of requesting and a full 72 hours before their originally promised deposit time. Terrible company! Lies and deception at every corner. Equipment sold is not as stated. Customer service is non existent. Tried to make a purchase and five different financial institutions declined flagged this company as fraudulent. Received a cellphone that was said to be in excellent condition/ almost new. It had too many battery cycles with only 70% capacity (Checked at an Apple store with their actual diagnostic equipment) and the screen had been replaced with a cheap knock-off screen. Be careful with this organization. They quoted a price of $505 for three used computers that were in good shape. Once they received my merchandise they downgraded their price to $62. To be fair, I was wrong about the hard drives on two of the computers but they claimed I submitted a completely different computer than what I believe I sent them. That one was downgraded to $0. They also claimed damage on two computers that I know was not there when I sent them the electronics. I returned it for a full refund under the 90 day Amazon refurbished guarantee. IWM charged a $200 restocking fee and said that it had been opened up and parts were missing inside.
