They prefer to seat the group all at once, so if you have folks in your group who are perpetually EXTREMELY late, pick them up, don't invite them, give them an earlier arrival time or take your chances. -I highly recommend perusing the menu and photos beforehand to gain an idea on what you want. You can always use your phone, but the online menu doesn't include many photos, which can be helpful for some. -Food started coming out within 7mins after we ordered. It came in waves, but kept flowing. Our waiter, was very patient and polite as we continued to order more. We were mindful of their wastage rule. In the end a few pieces of rolls and little bit of squid was left, but we weren't charged for that. A couple of items ordered in the beginning never came out, but seeing that we're charged a flat price, vs per item, we didn't sweat it.
