Absolutely trustworthy, fast!! I've repaired my garage door twice in the past, but with the same company. This time, I chose Ivan based on reviews and I'm glad I did. The roller on one of the ends had come off, and the door was unable to close; it had pulled on a bolt in the ceiling, and done some other damage...but Ivan saved the day. Today is my birthday and it started out with my daughter somehow closing the garage door on my car not once but twice! The rubber seal was ripped off a third of the garage door. Our garage door motor died out of nowhere. I called Ivan's on Saturday morning and someone came out within an hour or so. They said we would need a need one. They agreed to change it for us right away as long as we would go out and buy the replacement. I drove out to Lowe's to get a replacement and they started pulling the old one out. Got back home and they were ready and waiting to get the job done. All in all they had our new garage opener replaced in less than 1.5 hours. I was shocked by the awesome service they provided! My garage door cable became loose and therefore got tangled which stopped the door from working. I called them on Sunday and was advised they could come out the same day but if it was not an emergency they could come out on Monday which would be cheaper. As I managed to close the door manually I decided on a visit the next day. This is a family business and I originally spoke with the father, Ivan. One of his son's, Adrian, came to my house on Monday. He did an excellent job, very polite and helpful. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend this company. I was referred by a neighbor that used Ivan's and they really liked his service. I can say I loved their service! Ely & Adrian came out and fixed my door including a new opener. It use to be so loud and squeaky and after they put new rollers and lubed it along with the new opener I don't hear anything! NO NOISE!
