    Spicy chicken Sandwich & Mac's
    Ashley S.

This place is located inside the ivy school toward the end of the hallway by the stairs. They have their menu posted as a QR code, but I was tempted by the food people were picking up. I went with the spicy chef Ken sandwich and jalapeño macaroni and cheese. Their Mac and cheese and loaded fries seem to be the most popular. The food was excellent. I would definitely eat here again. They also had unique local sodas, and I chose to try their blackberry one.

The bbq bacon burger was good. All of the ingredients worked well together. The green chili sounded interesting but was pretty bland. I'd def order the burger again.

Such a fun reuse of space - an elementary school turned food hall. Bristol brewing has a wide selection of craft beers. I went with the nitro, which is a dark beer like Guinness. They offer 12 ounce pours, which is nice when you want a smaller serving. there is a healthier eatery that serves salads and sandwiches. The homemade Greek dressing was delicious. The sandwiches are large in size but mostly large bread - Id ask for double meat next time.

Mushroom and Swiss burger with onion rings

After a specialty cocktail at the Principal's Office and a huge salad at Salad or Bust, the next stop for me was Ivywild Kitchen for a Mushroom and Swiss burger with Onion rings! Perfect flavors combined to finish the meal! Jeremy at the counter was friendly, proficient and personable. The counter style ordering makes it casual and fun. Pretty quickly, I received the text to come and get it. Extra steps for me!! I will return again to get my reward poring for future birthday treats and discounts.

So my wife and I are new to CO Springs and getting to know the area. While researching fun places to eat this popped up! It was a neat experience to have lunch in an old school, and we enjoyed the food and service. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries which I give a 4/5. The potato bun was just a little much but the filet and the fries were very good. My wife got the barbecue chicken pizza which was pretty good! Their pizza style is Detroit style, so think deeper dish. Also 4/5. They messed up her order so they ended up giving her a whole pizza (pictured) instead of half and gave her an order of garlic bread (3/5). Very generous of them to do. The food is a little overpriced, but honestly, worth it for such a neat experience! Be sure to stop into the gift shop while you wait for food! Such a fun little store.

WANT TO WAIT 25 minutes and SPEND $30.00, yes $30 ON 1x basket of FREEZER MEDIOCRE fries and 4x TINY A$$ CHICKEN TENDERS? And they expect a tip? THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! And for the last and final time, yet again, they didn't text me when my food was ready. 1/10 . You can get much larger and cheaper yet just as delicious chicken at: Raising canes Chick fil a POPEYES! Any fast food place That sells chicken. I was too nice I guess. Should've asked for refund. BURGERS are tiny, not a bang for the buck. Total disrespect for the ivywild kitchen absolute nonsense there

The chicken tenders are as big as my finger.

underwhelmed and over priced. We ordered the chicken tenders and blue burger, which I had to place on the app. I then picked it up from the window myself and cleaned up after myself. least impressive meal I've had here period.

Salad or Bust at Ivywild School was exactly what I needed after a hot day. I went for the Salmon Zing, and it was great! The lemon vinaigrette was delicious I just wish it came with more. The salad came with 3 pieces of pickled green beans not pictured because I literally ate them right up before I remembered to take the photo. I opted out for capers and tomatoes which was nice that I could make changes, and I would definitely order it again.

So I grabbed a seat at the stickiest table I think I've ever sat at in my life. After waiting for about 15 minutes and never hearing my name, I noticed a guy walked up to the counter and was handed a black bag. Next to the bag they handed him sat another black bag. I wonder if that's mine, I thought. So I walked back up to the order pickup area and asked they guy, "Did you call my name, Barry?" He checked all the tickets lined up and said to me in the most smug tone he could muster, "Dude, I don't have anyone named Barry". And then just went back to doing whatever. I said, "Hey man, do you not remember? I was just up here looking for my ToGo order. You told me you guys were ba..." and he cut me off and goes, "Oh ToGo?" And then walks over to the black bag that was sitting there and goes, "Barry?" I nod, and he snatched the back up and slings it on the counter and goes back to doing whatever. I said, "Hey man, how long has it been sitting there?" He smugly replied (as if I was a burden) "probably like five minutes" When I asked how come he didn't call me he just ignored me. He just turned around and went back to doing whatever, totally ignoring me.I said, "Look man, I don't want to get back to my hotel (about 10 minutes away) and my food be cold." He just looked at me and shrugged and went back to ignoring me, as if I was a burden to him and the store. I said "hey man, I think it's BS you're ignoring me" to which he just turned around and walked away. Honestly he's lucky I didn't pull him across the counter and teach him some manners, because his momma obviously didn't. Also, the food sucked. But I'm not sure if it was because, and as I suspected, when I got back to the hotel both burgers and the fries were cold. It was so bad we didn't even eat it. We just threw it away. An absolute waste of $40 (and if I'm being honest, I'm not even sure if hot the food would be worth those prices). Any way this place sucks and I hope and bunch of terrible stuff happens to that dude.

If you're sitting at the bar you can see the window where your food comes up -- our salad and fries both sat there about ten minutes before anyone brought them the ten feet over to us. Not a huge deal, but it's a little cruddy sitting there thinking "I'm pretty sure that's ours" and waiting. The ambiance is very dark, with a lot of stairs up and down -- you head into sort of a basement-type area. Everything I saw was clean and nice. It's a cool, funky spot to take a date or hit for happy hour, so the vibe and ambiance are definitely spot on for that. Signature cocktails -- all fine. Not the best thing ever, but solid. I'd have them again. Side salad -- good. The ranch is made in house and very flavorful, and the salad was actually loaded with veggies. French fries with garlic aioli -- a bit of a letdown. We didn't even finish them. They came out okay, just a little dry, and the aioli itself wasn't very good -- we didn't really like it. Pro tip: The entrées looked pricey, which is why we stuck to snacking at the bar -- and after the fries came out, we were fine calling it there and eating elsewhere. Overall, would recommend for happy hour, and would return.

I have not experienced that since my second to last trip to Michigan, and the best way to describe the smell is that the most glorious cuts of proteins are waiting for your palate. The inside of the place has a rustic sort of appearance and the parking doesn't cost anything - you're basically walking into a cabin full of what I am sure are culinary gods. For this particular order, I went with the three meat combo with two sides. For my proteins, I went with kielbasa, pulled pork and burnt ends. The kielbasa itself is royalty on a plate - the perfect balance of smoke, char and spices. Hall of fame worthy and it more than puts any other place's offerings to the test - Slows BBQ of Detroit, as much as I love you all, Front Range delivers perfection here. The pulled pork was next, and it too was perfection - great amount of moisture still in it and the taste made my taste buds sing. The burnt ends? Generous portions and when paired with the sweet and spicy sauce, it is like candy cut from a rib of perfection. The sides were next. I'm not exactly sure what they put into the potato salad, but the bacon had a perfect crunch and the potatoes themselves had a pleasant smoky taste that is the perfect ratio. The fried okra itself you could easily eat by the bucket, which speaks volumes to me. I even ended up walking out with a cookbook on hand and a bottle of mustard wine sauce. The owners did their homework here, and delivered a feast worthy of Mt. Olympus itself. If you're in the area and on the hunt for perfection, look no further - this palace of proteins is all you even need to know about.
