No idea what that is so asked what is a snow cap. They said that they drizzle some condensed milk on top. That sounded really good and my wife loves condensed milk so of course I said yes. This is the medium size and was pretty cheap too. We shared it and it was more than enough. The texture of the ice was perfect and so light. I worked in a food service industry before, so I know that good things take time. I got my food and headed back to the apartment and upon opening my plate, I was blown away at the portion size. There was two scoop rice, two scoop Mac salad.... I4 went the cucumber salad for more Mac salad. There were ribs and two different kinds of chicken. I got to tell you, I love some macaroni salad with Hawaiian BBQ. And this did not disappoint. I am so glad I ordered the extra scoop, it was one of the best maxed salads I've ever had. The ribs were cooked to perfection, and the two different kinds of chicken was absolutely amazing. Amazing. And let's not forget about the rice. That was so good, I had a bite of the chicken sandwich and a couple fries and I have to say I would order that in a heartbeat. We went right at opening, so service was quick and friendly. There were actually already 2 groups when they opened. The shop itself could use a little refreshing, but the desserts definitely made up for it. We ordered the Ube ice cream, Cookie Monster ice cream, and Halo Halo. The Ube was my favorite--it was creamy and full of flavor. My daughter absolutely loved the Cookie Monster ice cream, and my mom really enjoyed the Halo Halo.
