    Matcha with Strawberry
    Rhiannon H.

nice coffee shop in the arts district, there's some paid parking out front or free street parking a few blocks down. I've got their strawberry matcha twice, it's pretty yummy! Have not tried anything else. Service has always been quick and there is normally empty seats to enjoy your coffee.

This place is really vibrant and a nice spot to hangout. There are indoor and outdoor seats. Decently priced coffee plus they have a classic brunch menu for eating in or quick bites. The matcha was surprisingly good and I liked that the ube was not overpoweringly sweet; it was a good balance! The vanilla latte was decent, maybe had a little bit more milk than usual? The croissant was okay too, a bit dry and hard but that could also be due to the cookie baked extra on top. There's paid parking right outside or in the adjacent street lots. I paid 7 bucks for a two-hour parking which was enough to order, eat my food, and check out nearby shops. If you're around the Arts District, it's a good spot to try.

Visited Iwana Specialty Coffee Roasters with my work team for a meeting and we had such a great experience. The space had a really nice atmosphere for meeting up and relaxing while enjoying coffee and food. The Ube Matcha was delicious and definitely something unique to try, and the Coconut Mocha was equally amazing. We also ordered the smoked salmon and it was so good. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Such a great local spot with creative drinks and great food -- we'll definitely be back!

Stopped here on vacation after my husband looked up "the best coffee spots in Vegas" and Iwana was on the blog's list! We are so happy we visited. Iwana specializes in Columbian coffee and it was clear they are passionate about high quality beans and the roasting process. I enjoyed reading about where they get their beans! Coconut mocha iced latte: I rarely go for mochas but I was so happy I did! It was subtly sweet and the coconut flavor really came through! Ube quad shot iced latte: my husband wnjoyed his ube latte, he said the sofr top balanced out the quad shots of espresso nicely! (The og drink comes with 2 shots, he added an extra 2). Atmosphere: this place is super cute and cozy! I loved all the purple elements and Vegas nods. The seating was vertical comfortable so we got to sit and hangout for abit! Service: the young man helping my husband order was super nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend trying this spot and I would love to go back and try some of their breakfast items. We peaked over at other tables and their food looked delicious! Thanks Iwana for a great coffee experience!

More style over substance when it comes to the ube latte, unfortunately.

Date of visit: March 8, 2026 Our realtor brought us here while we were wrapping up our home search and he wanted us to see the Arts District and we came away with a newfound appreciation for our soon to be new home and enjoyed the experience at Iwana Specialty Coffee in the process. Staff are very friendly and patient, especially for us newbies to the process of perusing the menu and ordering, though we did have to ask for the cookie we ordered a second time and almost forgot about it. I went with the Chicken Caesar Wrap (sans tomatoes, because why would you ruin a Caesar like that?) and the Ube Latte as it just looked so pretty on the signage. Sadly the ube foam had really no taste and it was a pretty generic latte that I had to sweeten a bit to give it a little more taste. My husband's chocolate chip cookie was just okay, though it was massive, on the positive side. My wrap was very good and our realtor's acai bowl looked phenomenal. The vibe was bright and open, and the back patio looked great as well--looking forward to bringing some folks there in the near future!

Clean and airy..you feel it as soon as you step in The staff was nice with navigating me through their menu they mentioned that the ube latte and the coconut mocha are popular I decided to go with the ube latte and it's absolutely delicious it's not too sweet but it's not bitter either somewhere in the middle The coffee is very smooth and they use whole milk but they do have alternative milk as well On the wall I saw that it said that they use Colombian coffee so it makes sense why I love it so much because I absolutely adore Colombian coffee I'm glad I stumbled upon this place

I saw this place on TikTok and wanted to try it, and I'm glad I did. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is how clean and open the space is. The aesthetic is very nice and there's plenty of seating for studying, meeting with people, or just relaxing. They also have a backyard patio area with wood seating and umbrellas, which is perfect if you want to sit outside and get some sun. Customer service here is definitely five stars. The guy at the front is super welcoming and always smiling. He's very friendly and engaging, which makes the whole place feel warm and inviting. I also interacted with one of the women working there when I was asking about the space, and she was incredibly nice. She even noticed I was looking for somewhere to plug in my laptop and went out of her way to show me where the outlets were. I really appreciate that kind of thoughtful service. For food, I ordered the avocado toast with bacon, and it was honestly so good. It's about $12.50, but it comes with a small side salad and the whole plate was really well done. It's a hearty breakfast and I highly recommend it. I also tried the strawberry matcha, which was okay, but next time I'll probably try one of their coffees. They also have a slideshow playing that talks about the history of their coffee, which I thought was a nice touch. I went on a weekday and was able to find parking right in front, but it is a popular spot and gets busy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service, and really good food. I'll definitely be back.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I was not disappointed! I ordered a mocha latte and avocado toast and it was truly delicious and fresh . The customer service was amazing and there's a cute outdoor patio area that was very refreshing . I would definitely come here again and can't wait to try something new .

Yelp Review 2026 #2: "You make me wanna leave the one I'm with. Start a new relationship with you" - Usher Raymond Vegas has a lot of coffee shops that have great drinks but lacking in the food department. Iwana leave these places. I'm a food-first-drinks-second kind of person. Iwana has croissant/ bagel sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salads, fruit bowls and they're done well. Their drinks are Colombian-inspired from their coffees and aguapanela. I say Colombian-inspired because I didn't see anyone put cheese in their coffee like they do in Colombia. I digress. They also have espresso-based drinks, teas, matcha and lattes, milk, mocha, juice, and smoothies. SMOKED SALMON CROISSANT: You can opt for a bagel if you don't want a croissant but trust me, their croissant is good. Smoked salmon, spring mix lettuce, red onion, capers, tomato slices, cream cheese, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. The croissant is buttery and you can see the multiple layers. Generous portions of smoked salmon (at least 2oz). You get a choice of fruit or chips as your side. There's a side of pepper sauce that doesn't really go well with the sandwich but you don't have to use it. 5/5 AVOCADO OMELETTE: 3 scrambled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, spinach, mozzarella, feta cheese, salt and pepper, served with fruits. You can add bacon, Turkey or ham for extra $. 4/5 STRAWBERRY PUREE MATCHA: The strawberry purée provides the sweetness to the matcha. Make sure you stir well. Otherwise, you're left with sweet strawberries at the bottom. 5/5 LATTE: Non-dairy options include oatmilk and almond milk. Good coffee. 5/5 There are off-menu items. Be sure to check their seasonal/ special items and treats from the counter. They have cookies, pastries and bags of coffee for purchase. Service was ok. I think the girl behind the counter could be friendlier and have more energy especially at a place that serves caffeinated drinks. The interior is giving Keith Haring vibes. The space is spacious but with quite limited tables.

I love Iwana! The ube matcha is my favorite but the ube latte is also good as well as the coconut mocha. The food is bomb I love their paninis and avocado omelette as well as the dip they give you for the chips. The patio outside is cute to sit and good views of the strat. Everything is purple inside. The workers are nice and the service is great I usually sit outside they will bring everything to me.

Iwana is such an awesome coffee shop in the Arts District in downtown! We love supporting our local small businesses! It's really nice to have a coffee shop on that side of the art district since there's one on the other end, so it's nice to have a balance. I've been there a few times and I've always had a really great experience! The service has always been amazing! It's a very spacious, super clean, and really calming cozy environment. They have a lot of really well-known local artists work displayed throughout the café, but it's not overpowering or overstimulating to the environment. They really did a great job of creating a lot of really cool niche aesthetic while also keeping it minimalistic at the same time. I don't know how else to describe it, but I really just love the way that they set up the café environment there. Really comfortable seating, a great place to work on your computer or catch up with a friend. They also have a really nice size outdoor patio that faces out into other local small businesses in the same complex. This trip to Iwana, I got their green juice which came in a really nice size cup, it was pretty big and it was really good, just a fresh healthy green juice. I really love that. There is a place in the arts district that has these type of healthy options. My friend got the mixed berries banana smoothie and she got it half sweetened and she said that it was really good! Just an overall really great vibe and really great place especially in the area that it's in, in the arts district. It's really a perfect family owned small business to support! If you are in the arts district, go check them out! I wish they stayed open a little later!!

Plenty of seating and parking out front on a weekday afternoon!! Clean bathrooms and nice service too. :) would come back 10/10 Drinks were tasty and made quickly

This is the cutest coffee shop! I was in Vegas visiting family and my sister in law highly recommended Iwana and I see why. Iwana is very unassuming on the outside, but as soon as you walk in, you know you're at the right place. The aesthetic is bright and well put together, beautiful patio seating, and the drinks are delicious. We ordered a coconut mocha, ube latte, and mango blended drink and I would order all three again. The mango drink is naturally sweet and the mocha has wonderful flavor without being overly sweet. There are nice decor details everywhere and they even have cute stickers for purchase. I will come back for sure next time I'm in town to try their food, and I bought a bag of house blend beans to take home. The baristas were very sweet too.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
