I usually have a good experience here and they do a good job, but this experience was terrible. There was a lady I had never seen before with really large lips, don't know her name but she literally CUT MY SKIN under my eyebrows. I've been coming to this place for about a year or two now. It's the FIRST and only threading place I'ce ever been to. I absolutely love it here and love how honest the staff is. I had a little part of my brows missing due to a product I used to wash my face. ANYWAYS when I went in to do it I told the young lady to clean it up and she quickly noticed there was a spot missing so she told me that if she left it like that they would be uneven unless I filled it in. I got my face threaded by a woman. I regret getting my face threaded by her A) her nails were long asf. Why? B) She was wearing so many bangles. Her long nails were too close to my face for comfort. So much for recommending threading because they can "control" the shaping. I love threading my eyebrows because its painless and they do have control in shaping your brows. But this particular places doesn't have that, not for $12 just for eyebrows. Im disappointed to say I wasn't satisfied with my brows from both my visits here. I gave them a two stars rating because they're clean. Maybe in the future I'll consider coming back, hopefully they'll be more experienced by then. read more

Got my brows done here in hopes of finding another quality threading option close to work. Was not disappointed! IZ was professional, gentle with the thread and kept my brows natural and well groomed. Got my brows done again here. Poor quality of work by a different threader this time. I had my eyebrows threaded by the young lady with dark hair. She was very sweet and did a nice job. But I had a Brazilian done by the older lady and she was very rough. I was in so much pain the entire time. Would not pull the skin taught as she pulled the wax off, and would get mad when the wax didn't come off right. She also very rudely pushed my small amount of stomach fat up and made me hold it. And when I flinched from the pain she told me no. And when I tried to make conversation she would ignore me and literally told me she did not like her job. I was very unsatisfied and I'm a lot of pain, and I've had Brazilians before. read more
