They were purchased by WindRiver and what a disastrous experience we've had with WindRiver. We scheduled a routine maintenance of our new home's system with WindRiver on Monday, September 30th. Tech came after 4:00 p.m. was exhausted from a long day of work. Started digging, said he just couldn't anymore and left. We rescheduled for the next day. WindRiver did not show and failed to let us know they canceled the appointment until my husband called them. We rescheduled for the next day (we thought 3rd time might be the charm!). WindRiver never showed (tech had logged to many hours) and they never even canceled. I called and asked to speak with a Manager. Never got a call back from a Manager. They rescheduled service for today. Tech did come out! Unfortunately, he couldn't find the pump from the schematics. He was very nice, but said he was new to the company and he told WindRiver he couldn't find the pump, but they sent him any way. We just called the company again to speak with a manager and nothing. So, 4 days and countless hours . . . they are quick to give coupons for inconveniences - we got 2 for $100 reduction, so if/when they do this to you - ask for coupons. But, my advice is to avoid them completely.

They took over a year to finish my septic system install. Did not do it correctly as per the engineer and billed me 3 times! Their crew left cigarette butts all over my yard. They did not grade properly or add straw in the yard where they tore it up. They did not install septic system deep enough per engineer. And the kicker is, They did not test the system before leaving. Now my system is running less than 50% efficient because there are roots growing through my pipe from the house to the septic. If they checked this like they were supposed to, they would have known to replace that as well. They are scammers and very hard to deal with. you've been warned.

As a septic expert, I expected that we would be getting really good service, but I never imagined how it would be even better than I thought. The pumper, Anthony let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and showed great costumer service skills. He was the most friendliest pumper I've ever meet! (not all pumpers are that enthusiastic) He was able to find the septic tank easily and let me watch him pump it out. He told me the step-by-step process of how he cleaned out the septic tank. He had so much knowledge about managing septic systems that ya'll should know. He did the job super well! He even made sure that the filter was cleaned and that ALL the sludge was all pumped out! I of course tipped him well. Would totally have this company and Anthony, come back again! And would recommend Anthony to be the one to pump out your septic tank! He ask a lot of questions about the problems we were having, and he walked me around the house to show me where the septic field was. Once he determined where the possible problem was, he got right to work, was very neat, and organized. In a very short time he was done with the repair, the septic work perfectly (and is still working), and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. During our conversation he mentioned that he also does real estate inspections, and septic pumping, as well as cleaning of drains and septic maintenance. I think that in the future in order to avoid any further problems with my septic, I will have him come out to the house on a regular basis to an sure my septic works properly.

They had no idea and literally dug up most of the front yard then they couldn't open one of the sides. Luckily I was home and went out there to ask them to stop digging the yard and they told me that my septic was damaged. The young man who I assume is one of the sons started screaming profanities at me and I asked them to leave. I had another company come out to figure out what the damage was and there was no damage. They try to scare you especially if you are a female so you pay them money to fix issues that are not broken. Very sketchy business and if you notice they are one of the few that do not have an actual website that you can review. Customers beware! There are lots of other local companies to choose from.
