The staff is rude sometimes. They act as they're doing you a favor. The nail technician slammed the register because I left her a $5 tip and walked away. I said "thank you," she didn't respond. Their prices for no-chip manicure was $28 and now I think is $35. I don't think I'll be back. :( read more

My experience here was amazing! I called a few days ago to ask about prices and the woman on the phone was very helpful and insightful. Not only that, but I also was able to get an appointment for the next day. The salon itself is very beautiful on this inside. It's smaller in comparison to other locations but I think that makes it homier. The woman who did my no chip manicure was friendly and very professional. I loved the hand massage that she gave me after she finished my nails. What really made me happy, however, was the shoulder massage I received right after! I was stiff from sitting in the chair for so long, which is normal because it takes time to get a no-chip. Therefore, a shoulder massage was really needed. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my visit and I know that I'll be returning here very soon! For $32, it's a price, and service, that cannot be beat! read more

Just had a no chip manicure done today. Didn't have an appointment, no problem. My technician Katie was very nice and friendly. The owner Jeannie was there and she was also friendly. My nails look awesome. Reasonably priced. The Salon was clean and relaxing. They have a Keurig/ fridge with water for customers Note for next time when you get a mani/pedi combo you get $5 off. Beautiful nail salon with Essie, OPI, and other trendy brands. As soon as I seen the OPI Hello Kitty line, I couldn't help but fall in love even more with the salon. I have yet to see that line at my regular nail shop in Chicago. I came in for a regular manicure and didn't bother asking for pricing. A manicure usually runs between $10-$15. A manicure here is $15. When I came on Sunday at 3:45PM, the owner and her employee greeted me. I was taken care of by the employee and she was a bit reserved and focused while painting my nails. The first thing I noticed was that she didn't remove my previous nail polish thoroughly. I had to point out some missed spots and I hate being the unappreciative perfectionist who is now questioning her skill set. This is the feeling I had the entire time I was at the salon. I stayed for nearly 2 hours because the first time I accidently smudged my two index fingers. After sitting under the light for about 20 minutes, the manager came by and pressed on my nails to see if they were all dried. When she pressed on my thumb, she smudged it. She had to repaint, apply two base coats, and dry. The process took longer than expected hence the 3 star rating. It usually takes 40-45 minutes for a manicure. Another bothersome tidbit was being asked to pay during my service. I've never been asked to pay upfront or during my manicure session. I had a flashback of eating at Shanghai Airport.. (a very rude and traumatic experience). read more

1st time here and had a great experience. This place is just a few blocks away from me and decided to try it out. Brought my 9yr old with me and they have services for 13yr and younger, that is a big plus on my book. This place has a very soothing atmosphere with earth tone colors and it smells amazing.
