Large to medium-sized crawfish (late May). GARLIC BUTTER MUSSELS (mild heat): Really good! Large to medium-sized mussels. RAW OYSTERS: They were fine. Not bad, not particularly great. The word that came to mind was lackluster. I know they're gulf oysters, but I've had much better gulf oysters. Large to medium-sized. No small ones. Came with 1 small lemon slice and 4 small lime slices. LOBSTER BURGER: Really good! Great flavor! Good, brioche bun! Felt loaded! They didn't skimp on lobster meat. I saw a whole small claw in there! Appreciated the toothpick to keep it all together as much as possible. Would've been pretty messy without it. The FRIES were really good as well! Lightly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and well-seasoned. GUMBO: This was not very good. The rice was fully submerged under the gumbo, not on the side. The rice was also a little hard/undercooked. The meats were bland. The gumbo soup was very thin, like water (I prefer it thicker in consistency). On the bright side, the soup was flavorful.
