The pillows and beds were comfortable, and the cottage had everything we needed during our stay. Julia and Don were such thoughtful hosts, and their staff were friendly and helpful. The location is set right along the Trinity River, and guests of the resort are able to enjoy direct access to the river. Only smoothie I've ever had but tasted like iced water! As we were talking about it, another patron who got the same smoothie came up and asked "was your smoothie terrible too? It tasted like water."
