My hot water heater went July 2, which was the Thursday before a three-day weekend. I was drawn to JB plumbing based on the high ratings. Mark responded quickly and was upfront with me about his inability to get a water heater over a holiday weekend. He answered all of my questions and was very upfront about pricing and his warranty. YALL...THIS MAN PUT IN A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER WITH A WARRANTY AND LET ME PAY FOR IT THE DAY AFTER. With all the craziness in the world today, who does that? We had never met, we only texted, and first thing Tuesday morning his crew was at my house. They installed my water heater in maybe an hour and a half tops. I ran out for an hour or so to get the rest of the money to pay them, and by the time I got back they were gone, and shortly thereafter I was taking a much-needed hot shower. We had a big box store come to install a new washer dryer and haul away the old ones. Once they saw the water line valves were corroded they said they could not install until they were fixed. JB Plumbing came out in less than 24 hours to repair, was within service window, did the work quickly, and was very reasonable in cost. Installers were kind and walked through what they planned to do and then had me inspect after completing. They also disconnected the dryer for me.
