"Managers" there are incompetent, won't listen, and allow their salespeople to speak to/treat people however they want. I bought my car a year ago from here they over charge for the value of the car and what it's worth I have a 2012 Nissan Rogue the car is only worth $2000 they are charging me over $22,000. Now I am paying over $5000 dollars in repair and of course all of this would come up after the warranty runs out. No one ever answers the phone in service department or returns messages that you leave. I have had my vehicle here several times that I bought from them and they will not even get to it for over a week. I have had the same issue several times and have spent almost two thousand in repairs just for it to keep doing the same exact thing. This place does not even deserve 1 star I've had nothing but issues with the car I have through them, the service department has told me a wrong diagnosis on my car, they actually gave me a diagnosis to another car there!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE !! This is poorest excuse for a car dealership! They have been extremely dodgy with everything that has happened. They sold my husband a car that was 2 years older than what the actual car was. The air bags didn't deploy from the steering wheel despite having a paper stating everything worked in the vehicle he was sold a couple months ago. They acted as if they were helping when at first happened and getting us a rental. They still have fallen through time after time. I've had to do a few services calls on my vehicle, water pump went out and they couldn't install a new one with out changing out the radiator as well. Service is almost impossible to get a hold of. Customer service sucks at "CNAC finance" and have to literally send several emails (with pictures and highlights showing the coverage) the company was charging us double for insurance and wanted to argue with me instead of reading the policy. This company is rough and will only pay attention to you when your car is almost paid off. We were told, when you get close we can use or vehicle as a trade in, so we can get into a new vehicle. This is not the case, they want you to do a down payment on top of what you owe left on your vehicle. The is no benefit of "trade in". You will still be out of pocket for two amounts. 1. for what you owe left on your contract. 2. For a down payment to start a new contract. Would not recommend this company. read more

Very poor customer service.... I've had my car for about 3 years now and will never take it to be serviced here... The only way I've keep it running properly is by taking it to trusted mechanics... I understand not having a grace period but after 3 years I asked for a day to get together cause I changed jobs... That went horrible... Ive had 3 account managers and don't know why... There's no way to pay vehicle early cause they calculate principal balances and finance charges in one if you have bad credit I wouldn't recommend this place I would suggest somewhere anywhere else unless you have enough time and money to pay double or triple the worth of your vehicle's value read more

I have been to the car lot more than I have worked due to issues that were not resolved at the point of sale. I bought my car in December 2018 and have had 7 service appointments. 1 cancelled by the company, and 1 had to be rescheduled due to my parts not being ordered. Here I am in month 9 and my A/C is not working in 100 degree weather. Of course it's not covered under my warranty. My contract was rewritten because of issues with the vehicle. Come to find out according to the Carfax there was a collision. Prior to purchasing the vehicle I asked for a Carfax and was told I had to pay for it.
