I called the day before to ask if it was possible for them to fit me in during that time and they bent over backwards to make it happen for me. Once I was there, I waited and chatted with Karen and the jeweler and they couldn't have been nicer. The jeweler has been doing this for about 20 years and was able to nail what size beads I needed just by eyeballing it.
