I took my family to JRegos last Sunday night, 2/20/22. I was pleasantly surprised with a warm family atmosphere and décor. The Hostesses were polite and professional. The Wait Staff was attentive and friendly/polite, thus the generous gratuity. We started with the calamari that was cooked with a soft crispy crust and sweetness inside. I had the Salmon cooked perfectly, a slight crisp on the outside and tender on the inside with a light tapenade. I would most likely order that again. My daughter had the panini with Gluten Free bread, which she said was delicious. Her boyfriend had the stuffed chicken with roasted potatoes that obviously was delectable because there was nothing left on his plate. My wife had a simple hamburger that was precisely the way she enjoys it...In addition, I saw a lot of great looking food coming out of the kitchen, sticky ribs, meatballs, salads, etc... We had two desserts that were off the charts, coconut cake and the crepes (strawberry, banana, Nutella) outstanding. The cake was not overly sweet and moist, had that southern taste. My hot wife and I were looking for a new place near us for a Valentines Day date and this place did not disappoint. The place was packed but we found two amazing seats at the bar and had such a wonderful experience with the THREE bartenders who kept the drinks flowing and the food moving. Speaking of the food, it tap danced on my taste buds like Gregory Hines after a key bump. The food was SO delicious! I had the sizzling steak appetizer with Brussel sprouts and my tummy said 'Keep going you fat bastard!' My gorgeous wife had the crepes and flashed me her "O" face to tell me that they were amazing! We were exited to try a new place in our little town. Upon arrival the place was really cute inside and the menu looked promising. Even without a kids menu we were able to find something for everyone. We ordered quickly, but then waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Our appetizer came out with our food because "it got lost in the shuffle". We were all starving by this point. My dinner wasn't correct, but it took way to long for anyone to even notice, as our waiter only visited the table a total of 3 times our entire visit. The owner then "fixed my meal" but it really didn't seem any different, and he didn't seem to care. More like a "well sorry about ya." We we not offered anything in compensation for the mistakes or the time, hardly even an apology. Instead we got a half smile when we left. To say it was a disappointment would be an understatement. Definitely not worth the $100 check, needless to say we won't be returning. read more

We celebrated a family birthday party last night, large group 10 of us. Food was terrific and meals flowed out flawlessly despite a packed house, we especially enjoyed the brussle sprouts and calamari apps. Service team was exceptional read more

The restaurant is nice inside. Bar area looks like it would be fun to hang out for drinks and a bite to eat. Waitress was nice, good service. Kitchen staff seemed to keep up with the crowd. Sticky ribs were plated nicely, but way too much sauce and the sauce was really sweet and really salty. Mediterranean salad was ok. Hardly any feta cheese on it and the bacon was chopped really fine but was at the bottom of the salad and was swimming in way too much dressing. Couldn't really eat the lettuce because it was so wet with dressing. Fish sandwich was ok. Saw some flatbreads at the next table, looked good but no one seemed to finish them. I'd like to try this place one more time, hopefully I can give a five star next time. read more

1st time there, we ordered two Cobb Salads, there was hardly any bacon, found a few crumbs on the bottom, the piece of chicken was very small. The menu states it comes with chicken, but we were charged another $6.00 each for the chicken. Paid $20 each basically for two plates of lettuce. Maybe we'll try it again..... Take out service is not great. I feel they are to busy to take care of the details. The hostess who took the order was confused from the start. We ordered a seared salmon entree with a Caesar salad. What we got was a sad piece of salmon slapped on some romaine lettuce with dressing on the side. Very disappointing. read more

Fantastic! The chicken and waffles was great! The hostess and waitresses are so accommodating.

Have to say we went here when they first opened for new years and service was great food was great. However, we will probably never go back again. My husband and I decided to go for lunch. We sat in the bar. It took 20 minutes to even get a menu. We ordered the sticky ribs for an appetizer... those took about half an hour... we pretty much got bones with sauce. After waiting over an hour for our meals, my husband got a Burgher missing the toppings we were charged for with raw French fries. I ordered the avocado stack with shrimp, first off it just looked horrible... but I was so hungry I picked a shrimp off the top of it... we didn't have silverware or napkins yet... thank god I had a tissue in my purse I had to immediately spit the shrimp out. It was rancid. I honestly couldn't believe the difference from when we went on new years to this mid day lunch. The service was horrible the food was horrible... lunch should not take over two hours. Have to say we left so disappointed and hungry. She didn't even ask if the food was good she just brought us the check. I paid it and we left. Never again. read more

Looks like a little dive in a typical strip mall but very cute atmosphere when you walk in. Service was phenomenal. Billy took care of us from start to finish. And the good was delicious. Highly recommend. read more

Had a terrific first experience here. New owners have opened the space up by relocating the bar out of the entry area and added outside dining. Gone are Cold Creeks mediocre beers and in are some craft cocktails. Had Sticky Korean style ribs and calamari with marinara and two different aiolis. All four dinners tried the crepes (Asian influenced and more traditional chic/mushroom) which were rich and delicious. Served with an arugula salad for some freshness , acidity and crunch. We talked to several diners who raved about salmon entree and burgers. Waitress was great and owners paid a visit to the table. Other servers made sure second round of drinks came at the right time and plates cleared. This place already has a buzz and they know what people are looking for right now. Get there before they realize their product is worth more than they are charging. Looking forward to many more visits read more

Amazing waiter in Tyler, so personable. The crepes are to die for. Had the mushroom/chicken and the Nutella dessert crepe. I never eat dessert! Martinis were great. Def will be back. read more

Update for my review on this place not offering takeout. We went on a Saturday night. The place had loud music blasting that could be heard throughout the restaurant. Total bar atmosphere where it seemed as if it where just a place where the owners friends hang out. I thought I was in a cross between an episode of Kitchen Nightmares and Bar Rescue. The food was just as unpleasant as the atmosphere. I got a few apps as I had second thoughts about trying to enjoy a whole meal there. I got the ribs, the sauce was good however the ribs had been deep fried so much that there was barley any meat still attached to the bones. So i was basically gnawing on a sticky bone. The Brussels sprouts were burnt and the mussels were unremarkable. The service was ok. You could tell that the waitstaff was a bunch of kids probably just starting out. Not their fault, they just don't have the experience to perform a seamless service. There were a few waitresses standing around talking to people at the bar while the other ones were running around serving. Overall just not great and I wouldn't go for dinner. read more

Great place. Great food. Great people! Love this place. Everything there is amazing. The amphitheater is incredible owners are amazing.
