I think we went on a day where they might've been short a few people, but we did wait over an hour for our order. From my observations there is a process for the tacos. They have to mold the ice cream in, then keep it in the freezer for a few minutes for it to hold its shape, and customize it after. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet.
