I'd probably try and get a reservation if you are trying to get here during prime hours. Service was great. Seemed to have a good team atmosphere with waiters helping cover each others tables. Food came out quickly. They gave me the wrong side, but before I could even ask my waiter, they apologized and brought out the right one. So kudos for noticing it and fixing it. Good was very good! I had the steak Frites with the Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! Overall, good vibe, good location, good food. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The green apple slices tasted incredibly fresh, like they had just been picked from the orchards of Apple Hill in California. The honeycomb was a first for me on a board and made the experience especially memorable. The artwork throughout the space also adds a unique character that I always appreciate in a restaurant. The prosciutto was a little tough but still had good flavor, while the Calabrese was spot on. Service was professional and attentive, with frequent check-ins throughout the evening. My only recommendation would be for servers to introduce themselves, as that small touch makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming rather than simply transactional.

It had little chunks of maybe onion and tomato. Of course it was nice and warm and filled to the top. This place is right by my job so I will be ordering from here again. Probably not my girlfriend picking up. She works all over the place so you never know when she's in the area to do me a little favor. She is quite amazing. I must say.

I want to start by saying i used to be a customer years ago, so my review is based on my past experiences. I have recently moved and found myself back in town and was so excited to stop back into my favorite little bar. I was in last night and was so disappointed. The bartender Grace was not helpful and seemed more concerned about talking to the servers. I sat there for quite a while before she even acknowledged me and when she did it seemed like i was a bother to her. She was not very helpful when I asked about the beers, which the other bartenders I have had in the past were more than great with! I know i am not a "regular" anymore but would have liked to have not seemed like i was less than compared to the other people at the bar (when she was actually back there working and not mingling with the staff). Just disappointed i guess since i was stoked to be back! The tots were great, like they always were and the beer selection was still awesome! Just wish the newer staff was trained better!!! read more

"Something For Everybody" by Unicorn November 22, 2013 - Food, Craft Beer, Sports and fun is what my family experienced on our second trip to Jacks Grill. Loved our food selections, Jalapeno Burger for me, Pizza for my youngest and wings for my older son...DELICIOUS! They put something on the Italian Pizza that was awesome. I stole two smoked wings from my son. The Alaskan White craft beer was too good for just one. TV's had sports and we all wanted to watch something different and they accomodated us. They have this thing called Audio Air that allowed us to listen to the TV's too, wow. I would advise the wait staff to warn of the spicy wings, a little too much for my son, he had Cajun Flavor which were great with the smoked flavor, but hot. Returned to Jack and Grill after 6 weeks or so last Sunday. As I walked up I saw what must have been 100+ Harley's parked out front. The Restaurant was packed with Bikers supporting an event, 'Bikers Against Bullying', a worthy cause. In spite of the packed house, I was greeted promptly and the Hostess worked hard to find me a seat. I had a great pizza and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Amazing food! We originally tried it due to the large selection of gluten free option and then fell in love because of how delicious it was and have kept coming back. We even moved and now continue to drive from further away just for the food because once you find a good go to place, especially with good gf options it is worth the drive! Nothing on the menu is trying to reinvent American cuisine, and thank goodness for that. Sometimes you just want a good meal, a cold drink, and a place to watch the game without someone serving a deconstructed cheeseburger on a roof shingle. The best compliment I can give is that this place feels authentic. It's a locals' spot that actually likes its customers. Four stars because there's always room for improvement, but if you're looking for a place to eat, drink, watch sports, and forget about your responsibilities for a little while, the Mule Barn gets the job done. It's like staying at motel that is comfortable but no, you're not getting room service or a bellhop. The grill is a run down convenience store, it's great in simplicity, ease and price point. We had two burgers, one with double meat, two fries and two can sodas for $14. I'd put The Grill on par with Kincaid's hamburgers, good for what you're paying for and a nice quick lunch option but not a hidden gem that salivate thinking about the meal or can't wait to return. If you're thinking of a fast food burger I'd skip the big name drive throughs and give The Grill a chance.
