    Mangled lapel...
    Paul K.

5 two piece suits cost $70 to dry clean. I tried to present an online coupon upon pickup but I was told that it had to be presented at drop off. It would have saved me approximately $20. The print on the coupon was so small that I missed it. They still would not honor it. I know...rules are rules... but still. $20 is the difference between keeping and losing a customer. In this case they lost one. Not to mention they turned green the formerly blue silk striped collar and and cuffs on two of my Paul Frederick shirts. In this case they gave me a credit but I would still prefer to have shirts that were not damaged. I just unwrapped 2 of my suits from the plastic. The absolute WORST job I've ever seen. Whoever presses the suits takes absolutely ZERO pride in their work. Both of the collars had smudges on them. One of my lapels was mangled...see pic. I'm so disgusted I chose to write this review before seeing what the other three look like. However I'm now worried...

    Ironed huh?

Honestly they don't even deserve one star. Hailey Breeding the manager and only worker it seems like should be fired. Worst customer service ever. My children's clothes look HORRENDOUS! I'll post the pictures. Oh and what's worse you can tell the clothes were not washed. Funny how my husbands cologne still comes off of their clothes from when he was holding our babies. Funny how the fuzzier from my sons sweater are still on his pants and the crappy ironing lines that I did are still very much there. Lost a customer and I hope the places looses so much business I see a for sale sign up. I think the worst part is they don't even try and rectify the problem just give you attitude and give you false customer service numbers.

I had a pair of heels I needed repaired and upon arrival, the cashier wasn't sure if they even did heel repairs. After about 30 mins and many calls/texts to the manager, I was told the manager would text me later to provide a quote and to leave my items with them. They didn't even have me complete a form of what I dropped off which made me nervous. The cashier mentioned to me that I should "lie and say I had a date this weekend to get the shoes back in a timely manner" (since apparently the manager doesn't work with urgency). After a full 24hrs and an extra call to the store, I hadn't received a full quote. The next day I went and picked up my items because I was becoming very weary of leaving my items there. No timeline was given, and the items I had dropped off were quite pricey and rare. The conduct of employees was very unprofessional, and I've worked in customer service for a long time so I tend to give people a lot of grace. 0/100. Do not take anything you care about here.

However, my brother commented on how weird it looked. So, I decided to take them to the shoe hospital because according to my brother they were in bad shape. According to the repairman, the shoe repair services would take a few days. In my mind, I had a target price of no more than $10. However, it turned out to be more. Since I will have symmetrical shoes, I think it will be worth it. Yesterday, I dropped the flip flops off for repair. The process was quick and easy. I got the flip flops back the today. The flip flops are twins again. Historically (over the last 20+ years), I have had my shoes repaired only at the Austin Shoe hospital as they do great work.

I picked up the suitcase without examining it closely and when I got home I realized the zipper pull was still missing. I took it back across town and the older man working this time told me that it wasn't part of the repair and that I would have to pay an additional $30 (on top of the $125 already paid) to have this tiny piece of hardware replaced. Worse, he didn't let me finish one sentence in the entire conversation. He interrupted me repeatedly, told me my experience was not what happened, and tried to mansplain to me that Tumi would not have repaired the suitcase (which they would have--we took it there first, but it would have taken longer). He was extremely rude, there was not one moment that he treated me with anything but disdain and disrespect, and I will never return to this location.

I called the store and spoke to Cindy, the manager, who asked me to bring it back so she could take a look and see what could be done. Cindy said it's a manufacturing problem. I told her, if that's the case, then why wasn't I told it was damaged before I paid? You know this looks like you're hiding something, because I didn't bring it to be cleaned in that condition. She agreed that it was not brought to her in that condition, because she is the person who put the ID numbers in all four corners before the comforter left the store for cleaning. She said cleaning isn't done in-house, and the cleaning staff doesn't communicate with the stores at all, which has been her biggest complaint. Per Cindy's request, email the corporate office on the website and see what can be done. I have not heard back from anyone, and it is next to impossible to speak to anyone at the headquarters office 512.452.4765

Now I have to beg a tailor to do a rush job for me. Awful experience, do not come here.
