DO NOT ORDER extreme sausage...it's supposed to have TWO sausage patties...twice my order has been stiffed a patty... this restaurant is on the verge of losing a valued customer. This place says 24 hours it is not pulled into drive thru at 1:30 and everything inside was on no one would answer the speaker but when pulling back to the front saw a door open that wasn't open when pulling in so they are in there intentionally not doing their job! Sitting her for almost twenty minutes behind only one person. My meal is a jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a small coke.... I keep coming back because it's close and I hope for the best but come on.. my food is sitting in the window getting cold because they are "counting their drawer." So why would you have my food just sitting in the window ? "I can't give you your food till our drawer is counted okay?" Okay...can I get a milkshake added then? Everton begins me is leaving . This has got to be the worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to. My complaints are mostly with the morning staff. There is an older manager whom seems to be on shift every time I stop by for ice coffee in the mornings after dropping my kids off to school. My order has been wrong, incomplete or the items are conveniently no longer a part of the menu yet are still listed on the drive-thru menu. Last time I went I ended up ordering pancakes with eggs and extra bacon, paid for extra bacon but didn't receive it. The manager is always the one taking the orders and getting them wrong. She handed me the wrong change when I pulled up to the window after I handed her a $20. I just wanted iced coffee and a breakfast item, I only go there for the coffee because it's in route to my home. Geez!! read more

literally sitting at the drive through.... calling for someone and continuously no answer.. we then order after about 7 minutes of waiting then get to the window to see the cashier at the window scrolling through her phone the whole time there is someone else behind us.. needing to order!!! she sat there for at least 5 minutes and let that beeper go throughout the store before picking up the headset. then gave it another minute or 2 before actually checking on customer behind us. is customer service a thing anymore? just curious. no receipt either to top it off! read more

It gets worse... I can really understand having a bad day, but the woman who was in front of me was in fact throwing a a major shit fit at the counter when I walked in. I work in a business where i encounter rude customers daily. But the morbidly obese woman takes the cake. If there was a yelp where I could potentially grade human beings based on 5 minutes to judge them by there character, I would post this there. But i can't. [Also am posting my review in here of this "Jack in the Box" so bare with me.] I encountered this elephant of a woman on my stop along my bike route. Not much to say about here. Short. Larger than expected. Child in tow. griping about how here double beefy cheesy was in fact a single beefy cheese and she felt she was over charged and demanded that she get her burger (excluded other information to follow). I wait. I lock eye with the manager and the other two manning the counter at the time who to there credit were swamped with drive thru orders and really couldn't get to me as swiftly as i would have liked to have been serviced, but I'm patient. But in the mean time i was able to soak in my surroundings. From my last visit the dining area of my local Jack in the Box has changed. Many of the tables have been removed and the kitchen was extended further. A friend of mine worked here 6 years prior to this being posted and i visited often enough to remember tiny bits of bullshit. It is in fact a pigsty now. It was the end of the day and I'm sure the cleaning rounds haven't been met, Or they are short staffed. I DON'T KNOW. The place was filthy. OK, the woman at the counter was being a torrential bitch. she keeps say to the manager the the poor woman behind the counter that (and I'm prejudging) couldn't speak English got her order wrong and that something should be done with her. I'm sorry but this was probably the best she could do with her limited skills that she has, don't shit on her. She also kept looking at me while saying, I'm sorry they screwed up my order i have to wait her like you do. I wouldn't be waiting IF YOU HADN'T HAVE GIVEN A FUCKING SHIT YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF HUMAN. The positive not of this is i felt like the manager did her job well. she was a little over whelmed but she handled the situation the way any manager would and i commend her for that. i do feel bad for the woman who screwed up though she most likely taken to task about the ordeal. The worthless piece of garbage goes on to say that she was also missing her change after she was handed her money back along with 2 $0.99 tacos and 2 soft drinks she had ordered. All along apologizing to me at the same time. I stare deep dark holes into her the third time she looks over at me. before i ignored her for inconveniencing me. Now i just wanted her to disappear. I wanted with my stare for her to vanish into fat air. In the time it took for me to move my head and the light to move from the sun and to glint off my glasses, if it was fucking possible for her to completely disappear in into the heavy humid air filled with the greasy of a million french fries cooking at once. I imagine working for Jack in the Box is about on par with scrubbing barnacles of Satan's taint whilst being forced to listen to Cher's greatest hits remastered by T-pain and having your own asshole ripped to sunder by a chihuahua. And its not due to the fact that its completely soul crushing. I've worked in fast food. Well its partially that, but its also that customers like this come in and ruin fucking EVERYTHING. I finally get service 5 minutes into me standing in line. I was hoping my stay would be faster than this, in and out under a minute as to leave my bike unattended for only a split second. But no. Fuckasuarus Rex ruined everything. I get my water, it was absolutely 100% free, because its water. drink about 3/4ths of it and toss it, i was pretty wiped out and i wanted to get back to peddling. I did however see the woman get out of her car later on in my ride. She lives in a trailer park. Go figure. read more

HORRIBLE! STAY FARRRRR AWAY! I came around 2am for my lunch break and I got stale fries and stale tacos!! When I came back to show the staff they were no where to be found! I knocked on the drive thru window for like 5 min with no response!! Unbelievable! And to top it off it was dirty when I looked in there, a trash bag sitting in the middle of the walkway ! This independently operated and owned Jack in the box is by far the worse location I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Keep in mind that my attempt to describe is not from one visit but three. When you enter this rundown building you will be surprised that it is equally hot, if not, hotter inside this building than it is outside...even when it's mid summer. Your eyes and ears will be bombarded by multiple flys hanging around and on prepared food. By the time you and the flys land on an order you find yourself waiting on the staff, when they inquire your purpose with a snarl and glazed look in the eye. Your payment method is then snatched from your hand and promptly returned to you. It is an absolute must to double check your order as it is more than likely incorrect or fouled up in some manner. To return to the counter and ask for it to be corrected is a travesty and you should just cut your losses and be on your way. Bottom line is to avoid this location at all cost. read more

Today we were in line getting our order taken. The lady on the intercom (Alejandra) was rude from the get go. We told her we wanted extra cheese and sauce on the tacos, she said I'll put it in the bag we told her we would like in on the tacos. She said look at the screen rudely and loud we told her there isn't anything on the screen. My husband said what the world and she got mad and was like what did you say, he repeated it. When we pulled up to the window, we asked the older lady Cindy if whoever took our order was having a bad day. Then another young lady didn't catch her name (African American girl with glasses) proceeded to start to get loud and tell her manager don't believe them they were cussing. I told no we were not and we don't cuss. She then started to say I heard you, I told her if you would of heard us then you wouldn't have heard me speak, because I didn't. So there for you were lying! She then said excuse me and I told her you heard me. She was being disrespectful. I told her you don't have any right to be rude and if you didn't hear anything you shouldn't be lying and saying you did. Also don't start trying to be rude and act crazy when you have no idea what happened. We asked for our money back and Mrs. Cindy proceeded to say no please take the food free. We told her thank you so much and said were not looking for a free meal , just if you have your employees being rude to your customers that's not a good thing. We left without our food and went to Taco Bell! If you're going to be in a business that is catering to customers you need to have manners. I have never had an order so messed up. My husband ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger with no mustard, no ketchup, extra mayo. When he got home and opened it, it had mustard, ketchup, and mayo. It also had onions. Since when did they start putting onions on an Ultimate Cheeseburger? Jeez. read more
