Stopped at Jack in the Box off Green River Rd because I needed to eat. This location is tucked away off the freeway . Even the drive thru is tucked away on the parking lot. The ambiance is casual and branded with Jack in the box traits. The service was good. There was only one case ahead of me and they got us both through the line quickly. Plus, the food was hot when they handed it to me. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger meal w/ a diet Dr Pepper and sub fries for a 7 piece jalapeno. In my opinion it's one of the best items on the menu when served fresh. They're crispy, cheesy, and a little spicy from the pickled jalapeños. I didn't even eat my burger because I enjoyed them too much. I saw they have sliders now, I'll have to try them. They always have new items to try and then I get upset when they stop serving it, like the fajita protein bowl. read more

I showed up to the drive thru Sunday 7/19 at 10:40pm, note all lights were on inside. I was told at the drive thru speaker they are no longer taking orders. Confused I asked what time they closed for the night, he replied in 10 minutes. I told him what restaurant closed at 10:50pm makes no sense!!! The staff was polite and the tables were clean, but unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty and there was a strong sewer smell throughout the area. It also didn't have a baby changing table, which made things difficult for families with small children. There was a time I enjoyed visiting this Jack-in-the-Box, but only at this location. But recently, partially because of changes in their menu by corporate, and more recently sloppiness, this location is gone downhill too. Today was my last time ever visiting a Jack-in-the-Box including at this location. Jack-in-the-Box quality is horrible regarding how greasy their food is with things like a buttery bun add it onto the greasy sliver of me they call a patty, how poorly prepared, and value. Any picture you see you have a menu item I guarantee you you'll be disappointed with how appetizing it looks in real life. Attached is a picture of a Junior cheeseburger they received for $2.00. Keep in mind, the place is empty so it's not like they can't take time to take pride in preparing what they are selling. This is the most inconsistent JIB i've ever experienced. Don't bother going off their business hours, they're always inaccurate. I went a little before midnight last weekend, pulled up to the drive through only to be greeted with "we're closed now" when their signage says they're open 24 hours. The times I have been here, food is inconsistent too. Check out the JIB up the road in the Ralph's shopping center, they're friendlier and are always open when they say they are. read more

We have been here several times and it has been hit and miss. Some times the fries are hot and crispy, other times they have been sitting around too long. Some things they make fresh per order, so those are usually better. Recently we went through the drive through and they forgot to give us one of the chicken sandwiches we ordered, but upon returning they had it there keeping it warm and gave it to us quickly. I work in the greenriver gaurd house down the street and I stopped for food before work & the service I received have me in a rage & very upset because as a black female I feel degraded as a person. I feel like I couldn't have the same service as everyone else because of the way I was treated I ordered a kid chicken strip meal and from going to back in the box 1,000 of times you get atleast 1 FREE Sause because the meal only consist of two strips but people like me like extra sauce for each bite so I don't mind paying for extra but my meal came with NO SAUCE AT ALL ! I was told to pay for the two bbq sauces I ask for which I did when I ask for a ranch because realized I didn't get a free sauce the window was closed in my face and the gentamen working on 4/3/24 @ 12:10 AM said pay for the sause or get out of his line because it was long. Fustrated and angry I determined to get my sauce and hold up the line , the gentalmen then start letting people in the LOBBY! & when I tried to go in the lobby I was locked out and the gentleman called the police on me and I feel some type of way because I didn't not fight or come off with a attitude I was calm and just wanted my sauce so I can go to work. I did not do anything to this gentleman for me to be treated as such. The customer service is absolutely poor. The worst Jack-in-Box. Nothing good about it, bad food, bad service. The young man at the counter at 11:51am in Sept 19th was too rude. I had said to him, I would be waiting for to use the bathroom while they were getting my food made. He never told me that the sign on the lock, that said "in use" was permanent. So, I stood there and stood there. Both bathrooms had been busy and no one came out. They call out my meal was ready, so, I walked outside ate my lunch came back, asked him later if they had locked the bathrooms, he said yes, there not open to the public anymore. I asked him, why didn't you tell me so when we spoke before when I said I would be waiting? He shook his shoulders and said, I don't know". What the heck??? I travel a lot and through Covid people still have to use the restrooms. I was traveling through the canyon and need to use the restroom. I swear these rude young ones! What so wrong with Honesty?? I visited this Jack In the Box through the drive-thru. I wanted an Oreo Shake with extra Oreo. I asked the drive-thru employee how many scoops of Oreo are normally used in the shake. She told me two scoops. I asked her if she could charge me for five scoops and to hold the whipped cream and cherry. She said okay and gave me my total. I visually saw the man at the drive-thru window make a shake with two scoops and include whipped cream + cherry. I pointed out this mistake to him and he made me a new one without the whipped cream and cherry. However, he still used two scoops. I asked for my receipt which he didn't have. He handed me a crumpled and wet receipt which I assume was in the trash. I was charged for 5 scoops but visually saw only two placed in. I really like Oreo. tldr; Payed for 5 scoops of Oreo in my shake but visually saw only two placed in the cup. read more

We used to come here all the time because off this exit there isn't much to choose from fast food wise and its a few miles in any direction to find anything else. It is really easy to get to right off the Green River exit, so that is a big plus. It is well kept and I have had for the most part good service here. read more

I get that it's fast food, you just get your food and go but truthfully this location time and time again has been so rude there's only been one person I've encountered it was at the midnight, they were so nice. But everyone else has been so rude and they get the order wrong every time, even through delivery.
