Says drive-through open 24 seven but at 6:15 in the morning The lights were off and the drive-through was blocked off

I went a couple weeks ago through the drive thru. I ordered my food and went up to pay my total which was $12 and some change. I handed the lady $15 with a $10 bill and a $5 bill. She gave me my receipt but no change back. She then left, a young lady came and I told her that the other worker didn't give me my change back. The lady ignored her and acted as if she didn't hear. After I said it again they gave me my change back. The older lady was super suspicious. Wouldn't be surprised if she's pocketing money. Overall, it was one of the most awkward and odd encounters I've had. read more

Every night I go there the girl won't take any orders. She won't even say if they are busy over the intercom. I clearly see her in there. Working overnights, there's only so many options, and if you say you're open overnight and you are paying people to work, it would be nice for they to actually be open to customers. That way cars won't keep coming for no reason. Gas isn't cheap. read more

This place is a joke. I gave 2 stars because my potato wedges were actually good after they got fixed and my husbands burger was good. In my opinion there is a huge management deficiency here. My husband and I stopped in here and were greeted by Stephanie. Young, shy and clearly terrified of her manager who was hovering over her the whole time. He clearly made her nervous. I gave my order and excused myself to the restroom which was FILTHY. It has clearly NEVER been cleaned properly and definitely not touched today. Dining room was just as filthy. I get back and I hear the manager say to her loudly "did you even charge them for that sour cream? Look, you didnt charge them for it. You need to tell him." So the girl looks at my husband and asks him to pay .27 cents for the sour cream. After we had just paid with debit card. My husband had to go out to the car and get .27 cents. While he was gone the manager again yells at her "well did you charge him?" Ridiculous. So we get our food and I open my potato wedges and theres hardly any cheese and bacon. My husband went back and asked them to fix it which they did after clearing it with both managers. Lastly, my iced tea tasted rotten so I dumped it and went to get a Sprite. As I'm filling my cup I hear this manager now telling this poor young girl that shes putting the ranch packets in the cardboard box WRONG!!! Lord have mercy, how about you get off this young girls back and go clean something?? She is not your establishment's problem. Its clearly being poorly managed by a middle aged man who abused his authority and employees. I should add that that there were 2 managers. The one in the purple shirt was nice and professional. The hispanic one was obnoxiously authority hungry. 2 managers, hardly no customers and the place is FILTHY. read more

I get off late from work sign says 24/7 drive thru but they're closed lights off and drive thru blocked off but you can see the employees inside on their phones. read more

Nothing particularly notable about this restaurant. Don't really have a whole lot of negatives other than they should keep the napkin holders refilled. The sandwiches here are average. Not great not extremely bad. The restaurant seems particularly clean. Plenty of parking. Sat down and had a burger and a shake. I really like their milkshakes. I don't normally like to review chains but my family and I stopped here on the way to Reno and I was blown away by how long it took to get one thing of fries. There was practically no one in the place and the fries were done and just sitting there in the basket - yet by the time we got our fries, my dad had finished his hot coffee. I could have gone behind the counter and grabbed the fries in a much quicker time. All I can say is I was shocked about the slow service. read more

haven't got my food yet but at this point the customer service experience has been so horrible! cannot believe how utterly long this line is I have been sitting in the drive-through stuck (my fault I should've just waited to get home to Roseville instead of stopping in good old ) yes just to order some tacos for 30 minutes now!!! I was so pissed but now I can't even be mad because I don't want that shit in my life jajaja over tacos really my taco should be free because now you're wasting my time and time is money you owe me 100 tacos Jack-in-the-Box!! Nice staff, very helpful and actually have some emotion while serving you. The restaurant was clean and it made me happy because it was on the way back from the Bay Area and I've been through the drive-thru before on my way to the Bay Area or back, but never went inside. Great location. I go through the drive thru all the time, usually in the middle of the night when nothing else is open. The employees are always friendly and the food is properly prepared. The line moves fairly quickly as well. read more

This location has real problem with the menu. You never know if what you order is going to available. Sometimes there is no sausage, sometimes there is no milkshakes, and today you could get nothing fried. Just getting tiresome. The location is is near a freeway on ramp so I know that business can get heavy. But they apparently don't understand the concept of planning ahead. Not much to pick from in Dixon so maybe they feel that they don't need to try because not much competition around. Too bad--for them. Either get your act together or close down. read more
