I don't write many reviews but I did want to take the time to say that I've been coming here for a while and they would often get my order wrong. Which is inconvenient at best when it's so expensive now for fast food. But why I really wanted to write a review is because not only has service improved lately, but it always seems to be when I have an encounter with a particular drive through worker. I feel terrible for not catching his name. He has longer blonde, hair and facial hair I believe. He is very friendly from taking your order to your experience at the window. He is thorough, double checks your order with you, offers a military discount and is far far more pleasant than anyone I've previously encountered there or at most fast food restaurants for that matter. Jack in the box should recognize a hard worker with great customer service when they have one. He is 10/10 every time. read more

Holy Toledo, Batman! Why are they even open? As we made our way through the drive through there was a handwritten note, "Please order at window during repairs". At the window she asked what would you like and my husband asked for his Jumbo Jack meal. Her response, "sorry the frier is out - no burgers." What? Okay, so I pull up to the drive through and order.2.jumbo jacks. The . Speaker blips a $12 and change charge at me. When I get to the window I notice a $5 jack Pack sign in the window. I've already been waiting a few so I asked if they could turn the burger i bought into a $5 jack pack order. The girl says sure, closes the window and goes to the till. After another 5 minutes or so the same girl pops her head out and says she can't just give me a jack pack buy she was giving me a cheesecake for the wait. Didn't ask for.any freebies, just wanted the deal for less money but they wouldn't do that for me. I had to wait too long for too little and was treated rudely in the process. read more

I refuse to believe half of these reviews. They are over rating. I've tried this place 6-7 times and 5 to 6 times my order is screwed up. Order a jumbo Jack no cheese and get a junior with cheese. Pretty sure the employees are stealing from the business. Ordered an ultimate cheeseburger meal for $16.06 paid $20 cash and got 3.94 back but receipt says jr bacon cb for $4.47 No receipt on the bag when I got the food either. read more

This place is awesome! Great customer service, fresh food 23/7 and I've had a wonderful experience here. I will say, I've gotten some food wrong here and there but my chunky ass will eat it anyways! The chicken is so crispy, juicy, TENDER.........the fries, not too salty but not too plain...justtttttt right.....and the shakes.....credits to the chefs! Gordon Ramsey could never lol! Only complaint is that I wish they would stop asking me to donate to charity....that's not my problem. Overall, highly satisfied and way better than California's jack n the box. read more

We don't eat fast food often at all! But sometimes when I get off work late around 11am after a long day with no food it's the only option. Our city doesn't have any other food options nearby that are open late. The last 3 times they have completely screwed up our small orders. I was done after this last time when I ordered a SPRITE & got home and it was a Large Water instead! Don't eat here. Go home and eat a bowl of cereal or PB&J sandwich instead! read more

Always a hit or miss with this location. Food is good but always out of many items of their menu. Same with the staff. Either they are super kind and helpful or just straight up aweful. I did have a worker help me to my car and that was so sweet! You would think this Jack would be better considering where it is located. read more

This location was the first of two that we tried to get food from tonight. We got there at least a half hour before they closed and the door was locked and lights off. We saw an employee walk around the corner w their bags and when they saw us they turned around and hid behind the wall. All we ask is that they work the hours they say they are open. My husband and I used the drive thru at this location in Dupont, last evening(Wednesday) at about 5:30. The location is behind a filling station and the drive thru is somewhat difficult to maneuver. Our order taker was very polite. She apologized that they did not have any shakes available at this time. We ordered 2 buttery cheese burgers and they were ready when we got to the window. They were very good. Service and food were great but 3 stars for not having shakes available. read more

This has got to be the single worst fast food joint in history. As I sit in the lobby right now, there is only person on shift during lunch time. She is working the til, the fryer, and the drive thru. Shame on this business owner and Jack in the Box. An employee shouldn't have to deal with this, and it's bad for customers too. Raise your wages and get some staff in here! A studio in Dupont runs $1500. People can't live on minimum wage. read more

I went to get breakfast and the lady told me through the loud speaker they don't do drive thru and only took app orders, Really? It took more time to tell me that in the drive thru then just taking my order. I think someone just didn't want to do their job. I left and went elsewhere. I LOVE Jack in the Box, no seriously I absolutely LOVE Jack in the Box. Why? because it is cheap and handy and how can you not like a place that will serve you burgers and tacos and other lunch type yummies at breakfast time. My problem is this location has issues. They have made me dread my Jack feasts because of their customer service and defiance when it comes to special orders. OK let me re-phrase that: a "special order" because you literally have to order a "HAMBURGER WITHOUT CHEESE" and 4 out of 5 times it still had cheese on it and yes, I looked at the receipt and it said "CHEESEBURGER" so I was indeed charged for the pleasure of scraping it off. I HATE CHEESE... on an interesting side note: This location has made our tacos without cheese 6 out of 10 times for no apparent reason.... cheese defiance!!!!! Seriously I have been short bagged and I HATE that. I have ordered mini churros and had everything from 5 to 10 in the 10 piece box. Don't bother. The wait here takes longer than going to a full dining experience at a non-fast food experience. I keep trying due to such limited choices in Dupont. Tonight I waited over twenty-minutes at the drive/thru speaker to be told for the third time "I'll be with you in just a minute". I gave-up and won't be back. Terrible service. read more

Never open, I went here at 7 pm on Tuesday and 8 pm on Friday and both times they said they are closed.

Had to holler from the counter asking if anyone was working (while 5 girls are singing and chatting about BS behind the wall by the grill to get anyone's attention to even place an order. Immediately someone pops there head out and says "yes we're working we're just super busy" I place my order walk to the window and notice that super busy means 2 cars total in the drive up and nobody else but me and my son in the restaurant.... after 10m waiting for the food while the girls are standing around now doing nothing I tell the on shift manager at 1:30 7/10/2019 to refund my meal cause it's apparent they don't choose to do there job and I have to work. She snaps back at me and my son and crumbles our receipt after refunding (trash commenting the whole time) the food and refused to give it to me to complain to corporate. I have never seen such poor service ever! Sadly I wish I could bill my wasted time and sue for the embarrassments created in front of my son. What trash staff! To top it off when I requested the copy of the receipt that the manager on duty crumbled and threw away she threatened to call the police on me. Wonder how this will go when it hits Q13 for the actions towards me and my 13yo son? read more

Not sure why the low rating. I mostly only come at night and I have always had excellent service and food. Tonight I would like to give a shout out to Justice and Zach. Came in with a huge order and they were especially accommodating and patient because I didn't know what to order for four adults and kids. Super professional. I'm on the fence about whether or not to give this place 1 or 2 stars. Even though the food is......*think positive*.....decent, this is highly diminished by the attitude and general candor of the people that work here. I have only been here 2-3 times and I usually get a smoothie for lunch and maybe a small fry. As I mentioned in my tip on the Yelp app, their speakerbox for ordering food never seems to work for me and I have to basically yell, seriously yell at the speakerbox. Secondly, the drive through personnel has and never has been friendly to me. It seems almost forced that they even have to welcome you to Jack in the Box. Last time I went I ordered a large straw-bana smoothie. It came up on the drive through screen as a mango smoothie. I asked the lady, "Excuse me, it says mango smoothie on the screen". She said, " I HEARD you!" I said, "But I ordered strawberry-banana." She said "I'll fix when you get up to the window". Then when you get to the window it's all smiles and politeness. So there is a big disconnect from the de-MEAN-or in the section proceeding up to the window and the service at the window. I wouldn't quite use the word ghetto, but it's just not friendly at all. A hand clap to those that work in food service or fast food, no shade, but it just shouldn't be that hard to at least smile when someone else smiles back at you. Why am I the one trying to "kill em with kindness?" I don't even work there. Last time I ever visit this Store, Although Fries were hot and fresh , the burger was nothing to be desired, the Patty might as well been sitting in a bin and to the describe the one patty i received it was the bottom patty everyone forgot about. And than there is the presentation , it was terrible, so you either got it , or you don't. read more

Horrible service through the drive thru... Wrong order and shorted is burgers and chicken strips...

To start with, employee wasn't wearing mask while handling my food. I pulled up to the speaker box. Cashier told me mobile orders only, I made mobile order. Guy told me to park and lied saying there were cars waiting behind me when there were zero cars in the drive thru. I put order in at 9:07pm. I'm parked and waiting. 9:37pm- I drive through again to find out the food has been sitting there the whole time finished. Nobody brought it out to me after I was asked to go park. So I got food that's been sitting there for probably 20+ minutes and an employee being willfully ignorant. I saw the employee look at me through the window multiple times while I was parked and when I came through upset, he told me he thought I would've pulled the drive thru again after my order was complete on the mobile app. Very dissatisfied and will be sharing this experience. read more

This location is attached to a Chevron convenience store. The interior is usually pretty clean, and the service I've received on several occasions has been friendly. I always have a special order when I go in, and they go the extra mile to make sure it's done right the first time. There is also a kiosk that lets you place your order before arriving at the counter. The parking lot can be a bit busy at times since there are people using the Chevron pumps, but there is a drive-thru on the premises and a military discount is offered. read more

Started work in town about a year ago. In that time I've stopped by this location twice. Twice, despite there only being 2-3 cars ahead of me, it took 15+min to get my food. The last time, about 3 weeks ago, it took 7min just to take my order. After waiting that long, I at least expected a sandwich that was spanking hot and just made. It was not. It had clearly been sitting for a very long time. The bottom was soggy and the top was hard and dry. There are NO fast food options in this town. There are slow food drive throughs. read more

Before you leave make sure you open and check each item. If you are lucky you will leave having what you ordered and items that were made correctly. We ordered 3 burgers, curly fries & loaded wedges. 1 burger missing, 1 burger w/out ketchup & 4 wedges in the box. It took 2 trips to get what we ordered. Waited 20 minutes with my kids in the car for these clowns to give me my food. They asked me to pull around to the front to wait a little longer for the food, no problem. Ten minutes went by and people were coming and going. They were a little busy but when I initially arrived and ordered they weren't THAT busy. Anyway, I pull up to the speaker again and explain to them that we had been waiting for ten minutes for our food and said "So... whats up?" The girl said to pull up to the window. Nkw there is a big line and it takes me another ten minutes to get back to the window. She was very sarcadric with her service and I am pretty sure my burger came with extra spit but whatever. Oh, and they also forgot one of the juices for my kids but I was over it at that point. If you're thinking about going here, don't. Just go to a sit down restaurant.
