We ask one of the employees who was outside where we pick up mobile orders, she said the drive thru as the inside of the restaurant closes at 7pm and they can't bring our food out to our car. 10:15pm - Waiting in line at the drive thru. We did not move at all. We sat there for 30 mins. 10:45pm - Pull up to the speaker, the employee imideitly says "hold on" and again, we are waiting mind you.. WE ALREADY ORDERED OUR FOOD 45 MINUTES AGO. 10:50pm - We advise the employee we placed a mobile order the response we get is " oh yeah just to let you know we don't have any soda or water we only have tea and orange juice, sorry". luckily we didn't order any soda. 10:55pm - We pull up to the window, we ask for BBQ sauce, guess what?? I had received a text since subscribing to their promotional texts for a buy one get one. From what it said in the text, it said for the cashier to key in the promo code. While they honored the coupon, they said it had to be printed out next time, which isn't true. On top of that, all the food was cold and we got sick from eating it. Fast forward a year. This used to be a great location, but recently has gotten pretty bad. The last time I came I got in the drive through line and it wasn't terribly long, maybe 4 cars in front of me, it was about 8pm, but it took 30 minutes to get through the line. Strike 1. So I order a combo meal with curly fries, and I get home. When I get home I realize that the lid on the cup is not on all the way, so I carefully remove it from my cup holder and take it inside my house. Inside I try to put the lid on properly and it is then that I realize the lid doesn't fit the cup, not that it was the wrong size but either the lid or the cup was defective or misshapen, so I know that the employee handed me the drink knowing that the lid was just sitting on top and not properly secure. Strike 2. But whatever, I didn't spill it all over myself so I moved on. I open my burger and notice it's upside down, ok, no problem, I pick it up and turn it over and realize it is not upside down but they gave me two bottom buns. how on earth this happens is beyond me, but I take a bite. I don't know if you have ever been in the situation where you eat a burger with two bottom buns, but it's just not right. The bread is spongy and makes the burger rubbery and hard to eat. Strike 3. Ok fine, I move on to my fries cause I love me some curly fries. I grab the first one and it attaches to a few others and they come out only to reveal that while I ordered curly fries, I got regular fries with a few curly fries on top, in what I can only assume is an attempt to trick me into thinking I got curly fries when I checked the bag for accuracy. Strike 4. Now I'm thinking that this isn't right. All three things had to have been done with intent to screw up the order. I decide I should contact the location to let them know what is going on, I check to see the contact information on the receipt. It is then that I realize I did not receive a receipt. Strike 5. I reached out to the company on the website to not do it publicly but to let them know my concerns, I was told that someone would be contacting me and they never did so I can imagine either they didn't get the information handed down to them, or they don't care. However, when I got up to the window during my visit I saw a bunch of teenagers playing around and gossiping about people, which is great I am glad they were enjoying themselves, however they are obviously in need of supervision as they are intentionally screwing up orders, and taking way too long to serve 4 cars, and even though you work at a fast food joint, it's always a good idea to show professionalism. read more

So I got the meal and made my drink a small Oreo cookie shake. I've been going to this Jack in the Box since they opened... never inside, but I'm definitely a drive-thru veteran. Drive-thru is fast, efficient, and they always are friendly and polite. Thank you's and a great attitude every time, no matter how late. Forget all your previous experiences with Jack's food. All those bad memories of soggy tacos, wilting lettuce, cold stale fries... this place absolves the sins of all other locations. Everything is fresh. I've never had a bad experience since they opened. It's a bit embarrassing to be so enthusiastic about fast food, but this Jack in the Box is really that good. Their curly fries are hot and fresh. The sweet potato fries will burn your mouth if you try to sneak a few before leaving the premises... straight from the fryer and into your mouth. I've never had a bad taco from this place (leftovers will always taste awful, but that's the nature of deep-fried tacos). They are always freshly fried and taste every bit as you hope it would. If it's late at night and you're craving for Jack in the Box, this is the jackpot location that won't disappoint. read more

This location used to be a good place. Now it is horrible. Went there this past weekend and used a 2 for $6 coupon, plus a jumbo jack CHEESEburger. Emphasis on the CHEESE! So we end up waiting about 5 min just to order. I order 2 identical rib eye burgers. Somehow she enters 2 totally different rib eye burgers. Good thing I have a voice that carries apparently. The guy making the burgers eventually said he heard my order and was making it correctly. 1 burger was made well, the 2nd was not. The jumbo jack CHEESEburger was made with NO CHEESE!! My son asked them to remake the order. They put 2 slices of cold cheese on the burger and gave it back to him. The mens bathroom was filthy and disgusting. Ironic that the sign in the bathroom says "Employees must wash hands before returning to work". How is that possible when there is no soap in the bathroom.
