I went there early on a Sunday morning and Paula, the manager was took my order, and saw me at the window. I ordered a Breakfast Jack and a combo with a coffee. Usually I would have a sandwich missing but she got it all in there and also asked if I needed ketchup. She was super polite. When I had to go back to order 6 more Breakfast Jacks with hash browns for my family she still had everything down perfect with a good amount of napkins and didn't fail to ask if I needed any sauces. By that time there was a line of cars. I could see her communicating to her team and looking at the charts that were put on the walls. She had patience enough to be polite to me as well. We had a coupon for a buttery jack Portabella mushroom and we were in the area so we stopped in and we are so glad you did! My kids ordered the buttery jack with garlic herb butter bacon Swiss and it was amazing! What really surprised me was the juicy meat! My one son is super picky about burgers and usually doesn't eat them but that was not the case tonight! Usually when I have the kick for a fast food fix, I hit up a Jack In a Box that is close to home or on my way to work or home. I decided on this location since it is about 4 minutes away from my home which makes sense. When I arrived I was greeted by a pair of enthusiastic employees. I was in the mood for a burger so I ordered the deli trio grilled sandwich. The sandwich came with Genoa salami, sliced ham, roasted turkey, Provolone cheese and pickle filets with a creamy Italian dressing on grilled artisan bread, but I told them to hold the dressing. I got the combo so I had fries and a diet coke as well. The fries and sandwich came pipping hot and the bread of the sandwich was nicely grilled on the out side which delivered a nice crunch. May 2022: My food was dry, gave them the benefit of the doubt just because it wasn't my first time eating there... then ended up getting food poisoning. Fast forward a couple months later with severe stomach pain. in and out of the ER i was told i had H. pylori bacterial infection, which can escalate and lead to stomach ulcers and a main cause of stomach cancer. And this all started after I ate that food. This is disgusting. That's assembly chain blue-chip quality at its finest. I took off a star for only one reason and it's really not their fault. This location is super popular so try to avoid it at the more obvious times like rush hour or dinner. Despite the speed from the point of ordering to the point of getting your food - the wait time is really most affected by the number of cars ahead of you. What can I say...This was an ordinary Jack-in-the-crack. I got my usual chicken breast pieces with stuffed jalapenos instead of fries. I was the only one in the drive through, which ended up being a blessing because my dog jumped out of my window and I had to back up to be able to open my door and get him back in the truck. I am a regular customer at this Jack-in-the-Box location as I get off of work late at night usually from the casino. I usually have a good experience the staff are friendly and the service is quick. This time around I went through the Jack-in-the-Box drive-through at this location around 12 AM which is usual for my Saturday nights after work and ordered a cheeseburger and a shake, trying to get home quickly as I was tired I didn't think to check my bag as I know there was only going to be the burger so I set it in the seat and drove off. When I got home and opened my bag I found what looked like used napkins and an unused unwrapped tampon sitting on top of my burger. Needless to say I lost my appetite and was in disbelief as I spend quite a bit of money here and would never have thought to be treated like this. I called the restaurant to just let the manager know( who which gave me my bag by the way) and told him the situation and was basically told he didn't care, he was too busy and then hung up. I don't want a refund, I make enough money to not care about the 5$ I spent, it's not worth my gas money to go back. I want the person who was responsible for this to get help because this is just disgusting and I am horrified and will NEVER be coming back to this establishment.
