They're great when they're fresh and hot! I like how I can order through the app and just pick up in the drive thru. This isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, which might be why the wait is usually short. There's not much to note about the service when going through the drive-thru. read more

I've tried this location using the drive-thru and DoorDash. Both times had good results. Food was made timely. Order was complete. There was an oops when we ordered at the drive-thru, but that resulted in 2 free tacos. The lady working Christmas morning was very nice & helpful. The Jack in the box here is awesome but they need to train their employee Renyan a bit better, had to ask for my receipt from him because every time I dealt with him he never puts the receipt with the meal at the drive thru . I need the receipt so I can add my Jack in the box points because I don't know how well the employees at this location can handle an app order , so just as a go between I do standard order to keep the peace .Other than that awesome staff in general. Went the the drive thru to place and order for my wife and kids. We were told to park in front. Waited 15 minutes for food to come out and they didn't bring the drinks. My daughter went to the door to tell them they not only forgot our drinks but 4 tacos and 2 fries. They told us they had to make more fries and would be longer. Several time while we were waiting, I tried calling the store and no one answered. Finally when we got home, the food was cold and disgusting and what they called a mozzarella stick was a disgusting piece of rubber. I tried calling again and still no answer. We threw away most of the $40 of food we got. If anyone from the store actually reads this, I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!! I would tell you once the phone but you don't answer and ignore your customers. I typically don't mind the wait here; I stop at Dutch Bros and have to wait 15 min and then typically end up waiting 15 min for my food after ordering here. Today, I waited more than 20 minutes at the drive thru window without so much as being greeted, after placing a pickup order and letting them know at the speaker. When the guy, who looked like he was sleep walking, came with our food he did not say a single word. He handed over the bags and we drove off, only to find the croissants were completely raw, like they have stuck them in the fryer for one second. We had been in the car for over 4 hours and still had several to go. We stopped for food and a restroom break. The inside of the business was open. My 92 yr old Dad was with us. He takes about 10 minutes to get out of the car. He got inside and was told the restrooms were not open to customers.... We moved a year ago to Elk Grove and this Jack in the box is closer to us. Today we stopped to get some breakfast and they got it all wrong! Worst service I have gotten at this location. We had a coupon for 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches so we order those along with a supreme croissant sandwich, a jr bacon cheese burger. Well when we got our food it was all wrong, they gave us the new everything croissants instead of the ultimate sandwiches, the supreme croissant had no cheese, the JR bacon cheese burger was wrapped in the paper labeled correctly but what was inside was a breakfast sandwich if some sort. Everytime I've been here, the food has always been fresh and they do take special requests so I have no complaints there.
