Did you know that Jack In The Box is celebrating its 75th Anniversary? Because of this, there have been app deals, such as 2 tacos for 75 cents on a Tuesday the past few months. I decided to get the tacos along with the Seasoned Curly Fries and the Spicy Grilled Chicken Jack Wrap. Each of those 3 items are on the Jack's Munchies Under $4 value menu. The Curly Fries were made to order, so they were hot and crispy. The Jack Wrap was pretty much a chicken soft taco with its flour tortilla. I liked it a lot, maybe even more than a street taco from a Mexican restaurant because it was a good sized portion. I would try the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap next time. The Spicy Grilled Jack Wrap did have a little kick. The AC needed repair, so the restaurant posted a sign saying To Go orders only. Chairs were put on top of tables, but there were 2 chairs by the window and one booth table where you could sit. Service was fast and friendly. They did actually give me the exact number of the 3 different sauces I requested, which is unlike other fast food restaurants who might omit the sauces or not count. read more

Came by on 2/10/26 for a quick bite, located on the corner of Greenback Lane and Madison Ave in Folsom, CA. Went through the drive-thru and cashier/teller greeted promptly and took my order. Service was quick and from the outside the ambiance of the restaurant was clean and casual: the food was mediocre but then most fast food are. I was hungry so I still ate it. I ordered a chicken sandwich from DoorDash. I asked for what I thought was grilled chicken instead of fried. I call to see if I can go down there and have it fixed, lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and threw the phone down and started talking about me in Spanish. Jokes on her bc I understand a good amount of Spanish, especially when people are upset. Eventually I just hung up because the manager was taking forever to get back on the phone. I was there on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 around noon. I drove out of my way for some spicy mozzarella sticks. The person working the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I have a hearing impediment and her thick accent made it more difficult for me to understand. When I asked for clarification about not having mozzarella sticks , she yelled at me. When I decided to get something else and couldn't hear her she yelled at me again. I told her she was rude and I didn't want anything after all. If I could give less than a star I would. My gf went in to get some fries, redbull and tiny tacos. Not only did they wait over 15 mins to decide to start because the lady was stuck on her phone scrolling and texting. She then got attitude when she wanted a refund and not to wait LONGER for simple items. Glaring because they don't want to do their job. We called to speak to a manager and they hung up 3x. Every Jack in the Box I've been to never seems to have the best service. At most it's passable. But Every time I go to this location it's been horrible. Whether it be missing food items, my fries being 2/3 empty, or the insanely long wait, it's always got something going on. To be fair, some of the staff seems like they're super stressed and on the verge of a mental breakdown. They are fairly understaffed always and so the mental anguish that they probably have, I feel for them. Then there's other times they just don't fill up the fries and leave me missing the majority of it. Or when they're visibly pissed off that I came by to get food. I feel like I'm being an inconvenience for coming by and ordering food. As another review previously said, there isn't a whole lot of consistency at this location. The amount of times I've been disappointed with my food has stopped me from coming back to this location. The other one on Greenback and Fair Oaks seems to be managed better, as it's a lot more consistent. So if I were you, I'd spent the extra 5 minutes and drive to that one. read more

The one thing about fast food is you can go to any location, even in another state, and you know what you're going to get. This location however, you never know what you're going to get. For a long time it was great and consistent. We don't eat a ton of fast food but when we do this was one of our first choices. Yea, clearly we don't get out much but the chicken strips were always so Good. Well you can only give so many chances before you have to throw in the towel. Aside from not always getting your entire order, which happens a Lot, what you do get is sketchy at best these days. Worst customer service I've ever had and it was very disrespectful. Sorry to say but this place failed. I went through the drive through and ordered as normal but the person on the other end barely understood English and I'm not just saying that. Didn't seem like he knew what he was doing like he was just thrown in to handle drive thru or something. Anyways ordered Teriyaki bowl combo and 3 extra eggrolls. Yea well I was shorted an Eggroll like the one that came in the combo because I only have the 3 in the box, asked for Teriyaki sauce on the side as well, we don't have teriyaki sauce extra and he gave me a knife and milkshake spoon (red long spoon) which made no sense. This place is terrible. The orders are always wrong, there is one specific worker that is ABSOLUTELY RUDE and yelled at my group of friends for asking for ranch. She rolled her eyes at me because she made the wrong milkshake and I correct her. Should not have a job there. If you can't have good costumer service, you don't deserve a job. Usually I always check my bag of food but this time I didn't and of course they give us the completely wrong order. I've been here on numerous occasions given that it's so close to me and only on FEW occasions were my french fries or curly fries fresh. I've almost always have used the drive thru here, and so far so good. The orders are accurate, the food is as expected. The staff are sometimes friendly, sometimes just methodical.
