The woman Athisa at the drive thru WTF with this attitude...the worst I have dealt with in a long time! This chain in general has the worst employees from CA, OR, WA and of course NV! It is "PEOPLE LIKE" her is what is ruining our country! First, last week at 6:30 am no one was there and the place was dark with no lights. This week when we arrive at 6:15am and again no would answer at the drive thru so we proceeded to leave and there was someone paying at the window so we drove up and Athisa did not want us to order at the window...so we left! I used to like this place when it was managed properly and the staff were friendly. I was in the drive-thru at 9:30 PM. A car was in front of me. They took his order. I went up to the comm and waited literally 10 minutes before driving up to the window. There was no response on the comm, no one said anything. The sign still said OPEN when I drove up. The time is now 9:40, waited 5 minutes until the car in front of me got his order. The time is now 9:46. I drove up and told the lady I waited at the comm but didn't hear anyone so I wanted to take the order at the window. She immediately cut me off and told me they're not taking orders anymore. She said her manager asked her to close down because they need to close by 10 PM. I never heard of such thing before. Literally wasted almost 30 minutes of my time at the drive thru and couldn't even take my order. I was basically right behind the car in front of me waiting to order like he did. Not sure if she was annoyed because I had hungry kids in the car from an evening out, or she just don't like to help and hate her job, but they had plenty of time to take our order but chose not to and wanted to close early. I arrived on time before they close and they still refused to take an order while I was already in like waiting. This is pure heartless behavior and just tells you how cruel and evil our world is. Just tried stopping here before heading to California. 4 workers inside. No one answering the drive through window. Worker looked at us 4 times and made eye contact and gave an order to someone inside and then walked to the back to never be seen again. It's 10pm 12/22. This is outrageous. All we wanted was 2 large cherry Mello yellows. Sat there at the order box for about 5 minutes. Then at the window for another 10. Even talked to a worker that was outside smoking by the back doo and he said they'd be able to take care of us. Garbage. They need to just close this location. read more

Every time I come here at night they always mess up my order. Tonight in particular sometime after 2am 3/25 they forgot to add the cheese to two sandwiches. The tall skinny cashier asked for the sandwiches back to "slap some cheese on it" which seemed unsanitary considering we had already touched the food. Before giving us the two new properly made sandwiches he asked for the two sandwiches that we were first given in which normally I wouldn't care, but he was extremely rude about it. But, this was different, It was a new young lady there that I never seen, she happened to be African American and I believe her name started with an A. She had gave me top tier customer service. She had made sure I received all my food and it was correct, which I usually don't or it's wrong. Would come back again for that type of service. read more

Have eaten there several times tried most of the menu sourdough jack is my go to sandwich. I rotate between regular fries and curly fries. Service is as expected. Love the strawberry shakes however I'm told the machine is out of service probably 50% of the time. Get this fixed and you will add another star. read more

First I work next door so I'm a regular, I go there for lunch everyday for months and the same people working so they know me. I always order tacos no sauce and a grande burrito. Lately I must have said "Hello, how are you?" wrong or looked at them funny cause the last three times I order tacos they all came with sauce when I specifically asked for none. I don't grab the packets either cause I don't like the sauce. 3rd times a charm cause they won't receive my business anymore. This place is horrible! Placed an order through the app on my phone. When we got here to pick it up, there was a sign on the drive through speaker that they were closed. Why are you taking my order and charging my credit card if you are closed!!!!?? Called the following day and spoke with the "manager" who directed me to call another location to try and get in touch with her manager, which when I called he wasn't there. Left my name and number and no return call. Called the location back and she tells me she can't cancel the order but she thinks if they don't fulfill it, I won't be charged. 5 days later now, check my credit card and I was charged and never got this food. Out of about 6-8 visits over the past month to this location, I've only been able to get food one of those times. I usually get off work around midnight and its close to home so it should be easy. Every time I've tried to go through the drive thru over the past month, they've only been taking cash. Hence why I've only successfully gotten them once because I rarely have cash on me. For 1 or 2 of those visits they straight up said they couldn't make food either on top of not taking payments. How this location is surviving is mind boggling and I wonder how soon it will go under. By the time I were to drive and get money, I could just hit up a different jack in the box that does take my form of payment other than cash. At first I thought it was a fluke and maybe give them a couple chances cause things happen but at this point its obvious they're never going to be able to take anything but cash for whatever reason, so ill be going to other locations or restaurants. On Sunday May 22nd @ 4:30p, I went to Jack-in-the-Box (Drive-thru) & ordered a iced coffee. I handed Ricardo a $5 bill, Ricardo handed me my change along with a receipt. When he attempted to handed me my coffee I asked him that I didn't need a receipt, & if he would kindly throw it away for me. He then proceeded to hand me my coffee, In the same time I handed him the receipt & he called me a bitch, & slammed the window shut. I then waited for him to come to the window, and he didn't. Another team member approached the window, I kindly asked him to get his team member who handed me my coffee to the window. I let Ricardo know that, That behavior is inappropriate. Regardless of how stressful the job may get due to short staff. I asked for a manger, he said they didn't have one on shift. I later called and spoke to Isaiah who was the manger on staff during the time of the incident. I gave him my name and number and asked him to have his store manager give me a call. I never received a call. I wrote a complaint thru their website and left my name & number for a call back and did not receive a call either. Today, A week later I called and spoke to the store Manger to find out that Ricardo is being trained to become a manger. And there was no consequences for his actions. His behavior is unacceptable & he needs to be terminated. He is not capable of withholding his behavior. If this is what Jack in the box allows, I don't want any part of this, & will not longer be supportive. I don't mind paying a few extra $ to go somewhere else. read more

We all know what Jack in the Crack food is all about so this review is for the Employees. Every time I come here the drive thru employees are upbeat, friendly, and smile when I pull up to the window to pay. I understand it sucks working in fast food and dealing with people in general but these girls n guys are keeping it classy and doing it with a smile. Thank you Jack in the Box employees. I wish I could remember the young African American girl's name who assisted me today, super nice and should be promoted. As far as Jack in the Box goes, this place was definitely on top of it. The food is typical with the rest of the chain, but the service here was great. We had 3 separate orders in one car and they got them all correct, even the little things like 'no pickles.' We pulled around to the window and the guy was friendly, made a couple jokes, and gave us tons of ketchup when we said we wanted more. The food was done quickly, came out hot, and seemed fresh. Here's what moved it up from 4 stars to 5: In each bag (3 separate orders, remember?) there were THREE ranch containers along with the ketchup. 3 ranch dips for every person and we didn't even have to ask for them!! I don't care how trivial that seems, for a fast food chain they're going above and beyond. And it's in the same parking lot as an Arco/AMPM, so this is the perfect stop to eat and gas up before leaving the Vegas area altogether. I don't think this location has a full menu, it seemed pretty small. Though I haven't been to a Jack in the Box for years so I can't be sure. They serve breakfast all day which is great, sometimes you just can't make the breakfast cut off at other fast food locations, especially after a night in Vegas! I had my heart set on breakfast, but ended up getting a grilled turkey, bacon sandwich which sounded pretty tasty. It took awhile to get our food considering the place wasn't packed at all. My husband and I were both pretty disappointed in the sandwich, it had some gross sauce on it that we both did our best to wipe off. Yuck! Totally ruined the sandwich. So I'm on my way out of town to visit family in california and I am a little low of gas and figure I better fill up before heading out. At the M casino near the edge of Vegas I see they have a gas station pretty much connected to the place. Noticing the Jack connected to the place I figure what the hell and decide to grab an early lunch. The place is obviously brand new, the whole building is sparkling clean and everything is shiny. Nice photos all over the place from what I can only assume are old Jack commercials, very tasteful. They even have something that I have never seen at any other Jack, a cool new kiosk where you can order food without having to actually talk to anyone. Cool little device, but not all the necessary given how friendly the staff were. Food was pretty good, got a sirloin burger with a side of egg rolls (god I love those egg rolls). The egg rolls were a little over done but piping hot and I got everything extremely fast. All in all a good meal and good service with an excellent location just as you are entering or leaving Vegas. Gas was fairly cheap, food service was quick, and the employees were friendly. read more

This place was good, fast, helpful and convenient. After a long drive from Utah, we passed by this Jack in the Box/ARCO/ AMPM carwash location. It was just right off NORTH Interstate 15. There was a drive thru but we went in anyways to go to the AMPM store inside. Got a bottled refreshment and proceeded to stand in front of the Jack in the Box cashier, who helped us right away. Orders were placed and the cashier (Dolly) provided me with possible non-meat options. She had a nice smile and very pleasant. We dined in (Grilled Chicken salad, french fry, large drink and curly fries) and sat on one of those tall bar stools with table. Clean tables, btw. Our order was called out almost immediately and she gave us the cups for the drinks. Self service on the sodas, utensils and condiments. We liked this place. It was before the usual lunch crowd so the place was empty. But the crowd started coming in as we were mid-meal. Gas station ARCO gets good steady flow of traffic and the drive thru at Jack in the Box was busy. I ordered a few items to go and my house dressing for the jalapeno stuffed peppers and onion rings (breaded with panko) were plenty. Salad was fresh and held up in the car during last weekend's 113 degree heat. Will definitely keep this place in mind and will come visit again next time. read more
