Imagine your food tasting like random ingredients on a piece of bread. I walked into this establishment expecting nothing special, it's a fast food restaurant, and I got even much worse than I expected. My Jr. Bacon cheeseburger tasted like literal mush, random sauces, horribly prepared , not fresh, and left an AWFUL after taste in my mouth. Onion rings were mediocre, nothing special. Let me start by I do not be writing yelp reviews but THIS is by far the WORST jack in the box there is. You walk in nobody's there and it still takes them like 10 minutes to be greet you. The workers touch trash and food with the same gloves. They're rude and show clear discrimination against black people sometimes not allowing them to use their bathroom while still allowing other folks to do so and because this location is privately owned they think they can get away with it. They also charge you however they please sometimes for items you didn't even ask for or double what you asked for. Make sure you check your receipts cause they be adding shit on for real. I asked for a refund for the extra food which they didn't want to do so i asked for a full refund which hasn't gone through yet and when i tried to re order for them to it correct they refused me service. The customer service at every level is horrible the manager was rude and didn't really address the issue. Save yourself the headache. I know it's fast food I'm not expecting luxury service but as far as human decency yeah y'all need to do better. Worst jack in the box experience I have ever had. Drive thru staff was dismissive when I was trying to place my order. I had to go to the window to place it. After I said it she still got it wrong and wanted to give me tacos when I never said them. I asked for no tomatoes and still got them. Was never asked about cheese on a chicken sandwich but got it anyway. I tried to call the store and it just rang and rang. It's very obvious that no one there cares. Seriously, if you need to read a review of a fast food joint to decide whether or not to go....it's just unnecessary. You don't set out to go eat at these places you go because you worked late or it's just convenient for the moment and you want to put something into your body that resembles food. Jack in the Box is the worst of the "fast food" chains here in the Los Angeles area. Tasteless hamburgers and a menu that changed for the worse. The one next to my house has finally taken the bulletproof glass wall down though which means my neighborhood is safer. But the amount of homeless people camped out front guilting you out of your taco money is still pretty sad. And by sad I mean I just ignore them. When I lived in Hawaii we had a Jack in the Crack on the first floor of our mega-condo and I ate there almost every day. GROSS. The mayonnaise on everything made me sick and if I forgot to request NO mayonnaise then I had to wipe it off on the drapes. Rally's, In and Out, Burger King, Taco Smell and even McDonalds are so much better. The fact that they are still using a clown head man but aren't considered a "children friendly" place like McDonalds with it's Child-Habitrail Playground and SUPER FUGLY clown Ronald, says something about the confusion of their target audience and what their tastes are. If I were the Head Clown Head in charge I would hire 20 stoners and drunks and see what they gravitate towards for munchies and then make the menu completely geared towards this crowd (the college kid/nightclubbers and fatty office workers). I would offer every item Fried or Non-Fried, with cheese or extra-cheese and have 40 different sauces. Cool stoner sauces too like Cheeto-Flavor or some Really Awesome Green Stuff. I don't know what it would be but it would be awesome and everyone would have to stick their french fries into it. I just think Jack needs to either rethink his target audience and redo the menu completely, or close. I vote close so that an In and Out will open in it's place. P.S. Stay away. The crowd was so rough my reason for stopping was hitting the restroom. I ended up going drive thru. Woman working the drive thru must of been hard of hearing. Messed my fries up & asked my beverage choice a few times. The tacos were gross. Must have been made at least 20 minutes prior to me ordering. Ordered chicken nuggets. No BBQ sauce was given. First, we have to yell at the order taker because he couldn't understand a single thing we said, our order was wrong (got chicken nuggets instead of tenders), and when the order taker still messed up our BLT, it inconvenienced us to pull up since we were getting beeped at by cars waiting to move up. Gave me my food and walked away without giving me my drink when she came back after a while I ask for it and she gave me a dirty look and look inside my car to see if she would see inside my car , then she looked around her working are and the drink was there by the drinks fountain so she gave me the drink and walk away again without giving me a straw, had to wait again for her to come back to the window again...so I ask for the straw and she gave me the straw with a nasty attitude and walked away again... she really hates her job and dealing with people. I used to love Jack in the Box... Until I started to come to this location. The amount of times I've had some sort of issue here is countless. I live right down the street and at this point you couldn't pay me to come back. They are rude. They get orders wrong. They don't know the meaning of customer service. And I know.... This is Jack in the Box, what kind of customer service are you expecting? I expect that a large franchise would want to have people to continue to return to their establishment so they can make more money. But, alas, that is not the world they live in. Tonight was the last straw. Their system was down, or so they say, and could not give me a soft drink with my munchie meal. So I asked for a discount. No dice. I asked for a substitution. No dice. Basically they said that I can take it or leave it. So, I left it. No longer will I come home to 3 wrong items in my order. No longer will I have these drive through employees think they are better than me. I have never been anything but nice and cordial to the people that work at this location.
