This jack in the Box is not very clean. I walk to sit in all the time, but unfortunately i can't during COVID. The employees aren't really friendly and I definitely did not feel very welcome. I mean if your just tryna get food through the drive-through, this place is fine. Just like any other fast food chain. I just usually have better customer service when i go to McDonalds. The food is fine! And the lady that normally takes care of me is so sweet... Today I went for breakfast and accidentally drove off without my credit card. I went back at my lunch break to try to get it and was told it wasn't there. I then started receiving the fraud alerts. I went through the drive thru and definitely did not get my card back. An employee took it. Most of their employees are very nice but I would be very careful at this location. I tried calling multiple times prior to my lunch break but no one answered nor did I get a vmail to leave a message. I wouldn't take your chances here. When I went back for a second time to speak to a manager, the afternoon manager ASKED me to file a police report because "that is what the am shift does then we have to deal with angry customers." The only things worth eating here are the curly fries and milkshakes. I usually get the chicken sandwich, which isn't too bad, but they said they were out of the chicken for it. So I tried a hamburger and it was like my taste buds just died of disappointment. The hamburgers are really tiny (like children's size burgers) and they taste like cardboard. And they only put two pickles on my burger. Why are we being stingy with pickles? I had to add more at home and even that couldn't save it. It just tasted like nothing. read more

This location is kind of like playing the lottery. You never truly know which order you're gonna get! Here's a cool hack for this location: if it's busy, order a Jr. meal, the chances of you getting a more expensive meal, or hitting the jackpot as I like to say, are higher! No joke, I have missed several meetings during the day, or lost a lot of sleep waiting on the incompetent personnel. In this case, anger is not a fleeting sensation with a short half-life. Came in on a Sunday night at 9:45. Drive thru line didn't move for 10 mins, 2 cars left behind me after 20 mins. I finally made it to the speaker after 25 mins. It late and no food in the fridge. Drive to Jack in the Box use the drive thru. Long line of cars. After paying I get told to "drive around to the other side". I'm assuming since the line is so long and they want to get more order. Thats fine. 10 minutes later and still nothing. Finally had to get out of the car and go inside and see what was up. Looked like it was ready for a long time and just sitting there because they were too busy/lazy to bring it over. Next time, dont tell people to drive around and completely forget about them. I have never waited so long in a "fast food" drive thru. Thank goodness I had a full tank of gas. After I was boxed in, I waited 25 minutes to order and then 23 minutes to get my food. Each car sat at the window for 4-5 minutes to pick up their food. At least 10 cars escaped this line and drove away. This store would do better with proper staffing and management. I will never return to this location. And unless you have 45+ minutes to wait for your "fast food" do not visit this location. read more

Well hey it's a Jack in the Box... commenting on the food is pointless. I limit my choices here to things that are less than 500 calories, so there's not much I can get here. The reason this place gets 4 stars is for their great staff. This place isn't staffed by a bunch of teenagers that would rather be sticking needles in their eyes than working. The people that work here have been there a long time and actually seem to enjoy having customers eating there. They're always friendly and call you by name... even ask you where you've been if they don't see you for awhile. A++ for that! read more

I entered and Treviyyon greeted me warmly and then did a great job taking my order. I like that guy'a sense of humor. I told him no cup for the drink I bought, I have a bottle I needed to refill and wouldn't need it. The nasty old African American man in his late 50's came about and stared me down and proceeded to try and control me. I felt dicked about by the guy when he told me I can't use my bottle. If I take the cup and there is free refills, I can just fill it at my table anyways? And it's just fizzy water, and yet this guy has sacrificed every semblance of humanity over it. Apparently he didn't like me explaining why he was wrong and that the store policy was in my favor not his, so he went and told his GM? I think he must be the AGM or manager. Anyways a middle aged African American woman with eyes that looked like she had been swimming in an over chlorinated pool for 2 days straight, came over and said: "how are you? You can't use that cup." Really rudely, like she was jerking me around with how she said her words. I told her: yes I can, I will take my drink cup and fill my bottle as soon as I step outside, and then I'm going to leave and never see y'all again and there's nothing you should say about it. She then said "I'm gonna call the police". She didn't even say why and I was complying with their rules actually although verbally I was defending my argument and opinion still. I had bob marly playing on my phone at 50% volume but besides that, what in God's name was she going to call them for? I just left this location and I was surprised by the customer service. The young man who took my order was very kind and helpful. Most fast foods restaurants just take your order but this young man made suggestions about the sauce i should pair my food with. My husband and I have been to this jack in the box plenty of times and it's been ok, but whom ever was working tonight on this day did THE BEST fast food I've ever had!!! Everything was nice, warm, and tasted delicious. I was so tempted to turn around to get some more of that Jr. Bacon cheese burger, but I have to wake up in the morning to do some projects. Went through the drive thru , the lady told me my total I then handed her the money and because she couldn't reach she says " OH MY GOSH " with an attitude. She then hands me my food , I asked can I have some ranch , she says "we don't have any , thank you have a good day " and closed the window. She didn't offer ketchup or anything else. If you're just moving everybody around front to make it look like your window service times are good, Maybe you should just make your window service times faster. Ordered three double jacks and was unpleasantly surprised to find three plain hockey puck like burgers in the wrappers when I finally arrived home. Paid for three double burgers with cheese, received pucks. Should have gone to McDonald's for my nasty fast food. I guess just another lesson learned. This location is very terrible, the woman working drive through never took our order. She was sitting with her coworkers laughing and goofing off rather than taking our order. She sat on her phone with someone else and accidentally left her mic on and was cussing it. Not only that, it 12 am and there is a very long line that we've sat in for almost 40 minutes now. Mind you we've been here for this long and still haven't even gotten a hello as we speak. I am actually typing this while in the line that should tell you how much time that is on my hands while here. This is by far my worst experience to deal with fast food ever.
