The quesadilla is packed with birria meat and the consome is the perfect pairing for all the items. I've seen specials occasionally on Instagram so it's worth to follow their page to get updates on their food truck status. Their location recently changed and it's in a not so convenient part of the business park, but the food is still great and their communication with customers should help with any new updates. I also recommend the green salsa, it has a slight kick and great flavor!

I NEVER go to this junk food chain ever since the year 2003 when I had my first (AND LAST!) burger there, which oozed with some disgusting fatty stuff tasting like anything but meat! (and I've been a veggie/pescetarian for nearly a decade now and no longer eat red or white meat for that matter anyway!) long story short, I don't know about other JITB branches but as a Doordash driver I had to pick up a delivery late last night (Wednesday 23 October 2019) @ the JITB branch on 6565 Burt Rd, Irvine, CA 92618 (949) 733-8031, where I was received so rudely by someone called ROSIE (manager, as it said on her badge) who believed I have only 1 minute to make my order because her boss told her so!!! and she was trying to educate me by saying something like, "You have to practice how to order food at a place like that so as to make it quick!" when I tried to use the microphone @ the drive thru entrance! (and only one car was behind me at that late time of night!) in fact, Doordash (or Uberfeed etc) drivers don't even have to order their food via that microphone anyway and they are dealt with at the window directly as they are to show their cellphones with the app containing the order and its code etc in all fast food places that are closed after say 10pm and only their drive thru is open to customers ... but apparently she did not know about that either! (a young man who had no badge on him so his name could be identified ((possibly an illegal immigrant and a relative of hers?)) was also there, strongly supporting this WEIRD woman who considered herself to be an experienced know-it-all manager who allows herself to treat other people any way pleases her derogatory mind!) long story short, she wasted at least 4 minutes trying to teach me (a 61-year-old white-grey haired man certainly more experienced than her young self in matters of this nature!) while she could just have taken the order and let things pass without any arguments! and when things got out of hand and she started yelling and threatening to report me to Doordash (!!!) and I thus started video-recording her, she got even angrier and closed the window while holding my phone hostage behind the closed doors until I had to record a shot of my confiscated phone as well, which scared her since now I had an evidence of her overly rude and off behavior and then she handed me the phone at last and disappeared out of view, followed by the same unidentified and suspicious young man coming to the window telling me they were not serving me anymore! (as if I cared after all the bizarre and ugly show of unprofessionalism from a couple of workers who barely even spoke the English language right in such an awful place! a short video of part of the quarrel available on request.) I am going to follow this up not only with JITB's higher management, but also inform ICE as well! PERIOD! read more

Multiple occasions have been given cold food from the drive-thru. If you order too much they'll rush the order and skip ingredients to save them time to make the order faster. Has happened with burgers and tacos. read more
