I haven't gone inside to eat in a long time. We mostly drive thru. The previous times I've gone in, the interior was not very clean looking. The drive thru lines can get long at times but it usually moves at a steady pace. The speakers sometimes have really bad static making it difficult to understand. The staff are usually friendly and we've never had a problem with customer service. This is one place where our orders have been consistently correct. We've never had missing food or a wrong order. They also put the correct condiment and utensils in the bag along with lots of napkins. I also appreciate that they wipe the sides of the drink if it leaked while they were making it. They don't just hand you a sticky cup that will get your car sticky or dirty. They frequently have coupons in the Midweek so those make for great deals. read more

I will never eat at this Jack in a Box again. Last time I went here there was a really long line at the drive thru so I opted to go in and order hoping it would be faster. DONT DO IT! It took literally 30 minutes to get my food. Meanwhile I see car by car by car going through the drive thru promptly getting their food. There is an actual timer which times from the moment you make your order in the drive thru to the time you drive away so they make sure that is quick. There is no such timer for dine in so they treat your food like a "when we get to it" item. No rush. I was pissed by the time I left. If I was pissed I can only imagine how the guy who ordered after me felt. He ordered right after me and only wanted 2 tacos. He didn't get his food til after me. Seriously? 30 minutes for 2 tacos? Compared to all the other Jack's I like this the best. I've never been inside of the restaurant, I only go in the drive-thru. The staff is always very friendly and easy to understand. There's one staff member (don't know his name) that goes out of his way to provide such excellent service that you wouldn't expect to get at a fast food place. Sometimes our order is incorrect, but we just call and they give us what was missing on our next trip. Love the food, I think i'm addicted. Since we went so late, the service was great. Got our food and quickly went on our way. We tried the new (new to us) Buttery Jack with Portobello mushrooms and it was delicious! If I could give this Restaurant 0 stars I would. Not only have they gotten my order wrong 3 separate time in the last few months, but the workers at window are extremely rude. When you say your order they take forever to respond to you, and you're stuck asking, "Hello? Do I need to repeat my order?" Tonight was the last straw and what caused me to finally write this review. My husband and I placed our order and when we were done no one responded. We then had to ask if anyone was there. Finally someone else came on and asked if we wanted anything. My husband replied, "Do you need me to repeat my whole order or just the last part of it?" Still... no answer. We ended up driving to the pickup window and no one was there. All that we could see was a worker putting things away and another cleaning the dining area. I don't feel like the service at this restaurant has always been this bad. It's only been in the recent months when a few new workers have been added to the staff. My hope is that management will take a closer look at who they have hired and how their staff is effecting their business. Okay, $5 for a double burger fries and drink. Instead I get 3 "deals" for my family with only 1 burger on a stack of three buns for all three "deals". WT....?!! About 10 years I used to frequent this location because it was on my way to work. Now I hardly ever go there but was in the area and decided to grab a quick bite this morning. So ill be very upfront..... the manager on duty working on the morning of 2/20/21 sucks. No class, bad attitude and not a care in the world. Went through drive through and out my order in. Drove up to the window and politely asked if I could add the $1 donut holes to my order. The manager rolled his eyes, gave out a sigh which i think he thought I didn't hear and immediately started fooling around with the register. I could tell he was upset so I said, "if it's too much of a hassle, then nevermind." I proceeded to give him my cash payment. He took my money, still no words came out of his mouth. He handed me the bag of food and walked away. Still saying nothing too me. No acknowledgement, no go to hell, no sorry we can't add anything to your order......nothing. Then one of the workers hands me our drinks and walks away and avoids me when I ask if the person who took my payment was a manager.....she said yes. I asked for his name and she said I can't give you his name. So I leave and realize I got no receipt, which means I can't fill out the customer service survey on the receipt. And to make matters worse, when I got to my destination and opened the bag to eat what I bought, the order was incorrect. My go to Jack in thr Box is in Kalihi and they are always friendly and accommodating. I remember the Kaneohe location being the same when I used to go there a long time ago. In fact they used to have, in my opinion, one of the mosy friendly and positive workers drive thru workers I've ever come across. He is not working there. I'm not trying to get anyone fired. I just wish the manager would have at least talked to me and give me an explanation. As simple, "sorry we can't add to your order" would have been fine. Customer Service is very Bad! The Air Condition in the dining room is miserably Hot at 78 degrees. Seriously WTF! That is Unacceptable and Food Spoilage happens when it is in that danger zone. This Jacks gets busy on the weekend and during dinner and lunch time. The parking lot is horrible and if there is a line you may end up blocking traffic, not the best location. Have never been inside but from what I can see it looks nice. The staff are nice and I have never had a problem with them. Typical fast food place but it lost stars because of the parking and the drive thru placement. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at the Kaneohe JnB (drive-through) yesterday (5/28/14) for my aunt and 10-15 minutes after eating 1/2 of her sandwich she began to feel very nauseated with threw up....she almost called 9-1-1 but after throwing up a 2nd time, she felt some relief. I had ordered Blazin Chicken sandwich for myself and although it was disappointing (limp lettuce and ends of tomato and just way too much sauce --- so unlike what they advertisme), I didn't get sick. I called the next day to report this to the manager and was also curious to see if anyone else had called in about food poisoning. After speaking to the manager (Melba) and explaining what happened, she had the nerve to suggest that it may not have been food poisoning because it takes about 24 hours before the symptoms show...WHAT??! She apologized for what happened but simply said that she has to fill out a report and took my name and number and that was it. I hope people reading this will think twice before visiting this JnB location...judging from the other reviews, it seems the management there is not stepping up to improve the quality of their food. This location is located on Kamehameha Highway in Kaneohe on the way to Windward mall, Kaneohe Bay Shopping center/plaza, etc. It is a fairly small/moderate sized Jacks. There is a decent amount of parking if you want to dine in and eat but not a lot. There is also a decent amount of table and seating areas if you dine and eat. Once you enter, you can go ahead and order since the counter is right in front of you. The staff and customer service is alright. It is pretty much like your typical fast food restaurant style ordering. I think this is the only Jacks in the windward side so enjoy it. There are many other surrounding fast foods joints in the area too like Burger King, Taco/Bell Pizza Hut too so it makes me wonder how they do in regards to competition and stuff. Why would I pay more for fried rice but only receive not even 2/3 of the white rice it usually comes with? Complete rip off. I live in haiku and go to this jacks often...and I have to say recently they have been going down hill...after seeing all those commercials about the buttery jack who wouldn't want one right! Well when I had got my burger and there was no butteriness at all...very dry...and I specifically asked for fresh fries seeing as it was not busy. I was the 3rd of 3 cars in line so I got my food and went home. I noticed that my fries were actually old fries refried I used to work in fast food and even to an untrained eye you can tell the difference. So I called to complain and the same person that took my order answered the phone and I was surprised to hear him say he was a manager. I like jack in the box i really do but this location is terrible. First off they false advertise the price of the munchie meal not to bad of a price difference but that was just the start. The young girl at the drive through window needs to check her attitude seriously if you hade your job that much quit! I ordered a bacon ultimate meal and it looked like my hamburger had been ripped apart and they just threw it together.
