I haven't been here in about a month, but for a while I was stopping by around noon to pick up breakfast and often interacted with the same young man at the counter. Even though he once got my order wrong, he immediately fixed it with a sincere apology -- no fuss, just great customer service. What really stands out is his energy and attitude. I've never seen someone in food service with so much pep in his step every single time. He's consistently courteous, eager to please, and genuinely thankful. That kind of positivity is rare and makes a big difference in the customer experience. I truly hope he goes far in whatever he does. read more

Contrary to other reviews of this establishment, I not only get great service every time I come to this location, my food is always hot and they never get my order wrong. I have even gotten extra food from them as a kindness. They are hands down the best location I have been to. The workers are so kind, patient, but also get their jobs done quick and effectively. This Jack in The Box is the closest to our house, but we've never been disappointed. We often go through the drive thru where it is efficient and still friendly. We always order their tacos and they always come out crunchy and with decent amount of filling in there. We also get a burger and that's usually prepared neatly with all ingredients. My husband and I just sat down in our booth with our food. A very aggressive panhandler came up to the opening our booth actually blocking our way out of it. He then proceeded to order us to go Buy him a Hamburger AND Fries. My husband told him that he didn't have any cash and he looked like he was ready to grab our food and run. None of the staff seemed to notice. We are the type of people that would buy a person in need something to eat. But this person was just plain scary and acted like he wanted to start something. I'm not the type of person to write negative reviews, but wow. This is absurd! Went in at 11PM on 12/03/2020 and ordered 2 large shakes. The person on the intercom said "pull up to the next window". The line was long as you can possibly imagine and waited for almost 40 minutes. Yes, I waited that long because I was craving a milkshake and I don't know anywhere else that serves shakes that late. Anyways, as I pull up to the window, the employee tells me that their machine was down and won't be serving shakes. So my question is, why did you tell me to pull up to the window and wait in line for 40 mins just to tell me that shakes aren't available? It would've been okay if you told me on the intercom that shakes aren't available but having me wait 40 minutes was then telling me later is unacceptable. Y'all are a joke. Also, isn't this establishment 24/7? Why are you close at 2am? I have to drive down to the other Kent location and I complained to them and they told me that this location can get lazy and close down whenever they feel like it. I prefer the other Kent location. Got the new Chorizo burrito, which was a little spicy and pretty good over all, although not a big fan of the nacho cheese sauce. They for some reason thought I wanted sour cream and charged me for it, took a little time to get them to take it off the total, probably a drive thru speaker glitch. Stop this morning on my way to work at 4:45 AM. Going thru the drive in it took 15 min to pickup my order. Lady at the window smile but look very tired. I notice that she was helping the other woman in kitchen with my order. I notice she wasn't wearing food handing gloves because she just handed my change back with no glove on. I got no receipt. When I got to work I notice my All Meat Breakfast Burrito was very greasy looking. Stupid me I ate it and then 45 min later I had to run to the restroom. Great place. The orders are always accurate, the employees are always happy, and the food is always good. A very good selection of food and drinks ranging from fantastic food at pretty high prices, to great food at low prices. Including a good and varied value menu. The only problem with this location is the microphone in the drive-thru isn't very good and sometimes the order taker has a hard time understanding the customers. read more

I love jack in the box, I work next to a jack in the box, I have been to Jack in the Boxes from southern CA to WA. This is probably the worst Jack in the Box I have been to. I ate here 3 times on separate days and the fries were inedible. Also this jack in the box will card you for using a debit/credit card, so don't ever plan on buying food for the whole house and using a buddies credit card, because he has no cash, if he's not there to use his ID, you will not get your food. read more
