Having not had the most wonderful experiences at fast food restaurants in terms of food quality, my family and I decided to but the bullet and try one of the bundles at our local Jack in the Box. After seeing it has been remodeled and updated to a more modern aesthetic, my Dad who picked up the order, said they were cooking the food as he came in-which is great as you know you are in for a hot and good meal. He placed his order via the mobile app (which offers great discounts by the way). Boy was I impressed with the amount of food we got for the price! We received: Tacos, fries, two ultimate cheeseburgers, two regular burgers, and one mushroom swiss burger. This is location near my house and my family eats there 1-2 times a month. I would give the food itself 5 stars, it's always freshly made and tastes good. The problem is the customer service and the accuracy of the orders. They are very nice, they just don't understand very well. Just make sure to thoroughly check your order before you leave. My son gets a chicken sandwich with a substitution and there's only one lady that can understand and get it correct. Today someone else was working, and after explaining to her 4 times what I wanted, she went and talked to the person cooking and when she came back, I thought she had the order correct. We had to pull around and wait and when she brought out the order, I unfortunately forgot to check the order. The order was 2 cluck sandwich combos, substituting the chicken with a spicy chicken fillet, large fries and large vanilla shakes. Also a separate order of onion rings. We received 2 completely different chicken sandwiches that were not spicy, 2 small shakes, and 2 orders of fries. The onion rings were missing. Perfect quick stop on the way home from Seattle!! I was really impressed by the front counter assistance! The lady was super helpful and made a bunch of kids in the lobby calm down and clean up their profanities in front of my son! The food was on point and exactly what we needed at the time! My son and I have a fun little contest where we order extra, EXTRA pickles on his cheeseburger (he LOVES pickles) and we see which fast food place gives the most! I went there a little before 4 a.m. on Saturday March 11th 2018. The lady at the drive-thru mic was completely rude. I already knew what I want so I just ordered she yelled and said we're closed. It is just terrible service at this place. All you have to do is say we're not open at the moment I apologize for the inconvenience. I do work in the food business and I would have been written up if I would have been that rude. The lady there that was working needs to be spoken to or she just shouldn't have a job. I will definitely be calling corporate. Does Jack in the Box definitely needs a new owner and a complete clean up it is the worst by far.... Made the mistake of going through the drive thru here on Saturday Apr 8th. Got the food and took a bite of the sourdough burger, cold, bacon still cold, meat not even cooked all of the way. I spit it out. Other item ordered was the chicken Fajita pita, chicken looked like rubber and not fully cooked also. I was going to just toss this junk into the outside trash can but then I thought, NO. I'm going back in to get it made right or get my money back. Took a look around inside, food all over the floor, dirty tables, dirty counter top, dirty washrag still sitting on the front counter. Make sure you have a current tetanus shot if you eat here. I was expecting to see a rat shoot out from under the grill. Nasty place. Too bad because this used to be a good location but I see now it's run by Indians that just don't care about anything but getting their money. read more

My friend asked for a water without paying and the worker said no. so I asked for a water with my meal so he could have one. But she said no, I kept asking why and she kept saying because I was going to give it to him. she said if I gave the water to him I am not allowed back, ever. If you are looking to pick up a few wandering STDs this is DEFINITLY the place to go. As soon as i opened the door my nostrils were filled with the pungent aroma that could only be described as a honey bucket that has been sitting in the hot sun for a few weeks. After we stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by a group of extremely friendly flies, they were in the air, on the tables, and liked to gather around the garbage can. Once I made my way through the crowd, I was able to order, everything seemed to go ok. When i got my food, my spicy bacon sandwich had no bacon on it, so I went to ask for one with bacon on it, they told me it would be out in just a minute. Soon after, they bring me out a soggy bit of bacon in a to go box... Thanks. When it seemed like there were no suprises left, my little blonde haired sister found a couple thick curly black hairs in her milkshake. So we left.
