I noticed one of the burgers featured a mix of chorizo and hamburger. We decided to go the more traditional route and ordered a taco plate and sopes plate. Some places insist you order all of one meat but here they allow you to choose any kind of meat for your filling (a huge plus in my book). I was intrigued by the vegan and vegetarian choices but went with the al pastor, carnitas, chorizo, and asada. My favorites were the al pastor topped with diced pineapple and the flavorful chorizo. The asada and carnitas were solid but just not my jam. My husband was surprised at just how much food was on the sopes plate. They pile them high with lots of toppings in addition to the meat. Unfortunately they didn't have aguas frescas or champurrado (just bottled water and sodas). And, though they were friendly and welcoming, I also didn't see them wearing masks or gloves. (To be fair, my husband said he saw gloves when he went to pick up the food.) The wait can be a bit long depending on who has ordered at the brewery. I enjoyed our dinner but is this a place I would go out of my way for? Probably not. But definitely good for a post-hike dinner (or Taco Tuesday) if you're in the area.

Came here with my fiancé a few weeks ago where it was parked in front of the local LS Brewery by the fire station. We had a beer and then ordered our food. We had heard great things about Ever's but I was sad to see a 3 star rating. Our first experience as busy as it was we grabbed a few different things for us and our kid as we didn't know how big the items would be. We got taco salads so Cali fries and a Big Burrito. Everything was awesome! Huge portions, and tasted as good as it smelled! Second time tonight got carne plate and some churros, not a mistake at all, so good and enough food to share. The meat was good quality, plenty of sauce, and the churros were soft in the mild w a nice crunch on the outside. I hope people of Lake Stevens starts writing better reviews, Ever's is great for a quick bite and they do have soda which the 3 star said they didn't! I prefer after a hard day of work a good beer and good food and we got that both times here.
