I don't see how you can love or hate Taco Bell. Or how any location really shines or pales compared to the others. I'm sure there are outliers but when considered across the entire Live Mas Continuum, there's really only universal run for the border flavor experience. In truth, I have some sentimentality around the Taco Bell formula of "You can change the ingredients, you can change the form, but you can't change both" because that kind of principle is what gets you everything from the Mexican Pizza to the Grilled Cheese burrito; it's like they took the multiplicative formula of Mexican meets American Fast Food and went totally expontential with the idea. TACO BELL U LOCO. Yelp isn't triggering a service or ambiance tag for me on this review because it's nearly impossible to write anything about these areas of focus. These two elements exist but they're irrelevant to the cheesy beefy thingy you're going to injest. I guess I'm a sucker for their new experiments usually. Maybe the only place I personally think they fall down is their take on the quesadilla - I've never liked the cheese blend in these as it has a slightly vingeary thread running through it. This location is so slow if you place an order on the app and go inside to pick it up. It took over an hour to receive my food even though the app was showing my order would be ready in 20 minutes. They tell you to pick up order inside if you place a mobile order, but then they service the drive thru orders first. read more

This Taco Bell is our closest location. They usually are quick with orders and we haven't gotten an order mixed up recently. They have had issues in the past but seem to have fixed them recently. We only use the drive through and have not been inside. The parking lot is always empty but the lines are long. In fact there is not enough room for two cars to be in the drive through line. The order window is right at the front of the drive through so cars are backed up into the parking lot. It makes it confusing when multiple cars are trying to turn into the drive through from different directions. There is not enough car lengths between when you order and you pick up your food so you have to wait a while to get your order. When I got my order I double checked everything was in the bag. I have no idea who is running this store but it seems like a some teenagers do. On a Friday night at 8 pm they had the lobby doors locked and was having everyone use the drive thru. I had placed and already paid for online for IN STORE PICK UP ( like the website stated was available at this location) cause my driver side window isn't operational at the moment and it's pouring down rain. I don't know what the hell is going on with this location, but there is some next level fuckery going on here. Not once. Not twice. Three damn times we've placed mobile orders that have been "lost". Yes, we have double checked that we're ordering at the correct location. No, we aren't ordering through the app while sitting in the drive through. We're doing this correctly and it's a problem with this location- it doesn't happen anywhere else. Excuses have ranged from: "You ordered from the wrong store" (no, our order says Lake Stevens) "You ordered too quick for the order to get here" (is 10 minutes really too fast in the digital age?) "Our Internet is down" (ok, I'll just cancel my order on the app- OH WAIT I CAN'T DO THAT) "Sorry, we just can't find it." "We don't know what to tell you." I know what I'll tell you, Yelpers. This location has issues. The drive through line is always a fiasco. Our orders are never correct when we order in or through the drive through. That's why we resorted to mobile orders- THAT THIS LOCATION CAN NEVER FIND. Customer service is ridiculous here. They don't care about your order. They don't care about you. Just ordered Uber Eats from this Taco Bell. 12 Tacos, with 20 salsa packs. They gave me 4. Garbage business.

I've gone to this Taco Bell location for quite a while now, and unfortunately the service has gotten worse. Today I had pieces of lettuce and random tomato bits in my cheese quesadilla. I had a mobile order, and waited patiently at the front for someone to notice and at least acknowledge me as a customer. Instead, 2 employees made eye contact with me, avoiding me and talking about my mobile order not knowing if I was here yet meanwhile the poor girl at the drive thru was not only managing the drive thru but also the people who wanted to order inside. I hope Taco Bell can straighten out their staffing issues so employees aren't panicked, as well as reminding people to have clean gloves on and not putting random bits of lettuce and other items from someone else's order in a quesadilla. read more

If you are an UberEats driver to DO NOT accept orders from this restaurant. They are the most unprofessional and unreliable business I have ever dealt with. At night they are very slow and their drive-thru line will get very long as their lobby is closed. You will wait in line forever just to get to the box to order and be told that they are not taking UberEats orders because they are short staffed. This has happened 5 or 6 times. I once asked a staff member about it and he said at night when they are short staffed and it gets busy they just decide to stop taking orders from UberEats because they get overwhelmed. They don't stop accepting orders from the UberEats app because their supervisors and the owners would find out. I thought things would be better during the day so I accepted an order at 10 AM. I drove up waited to order and no one responded. Went around and drove up again thinking I hadn't tripped the alert, but got the same result: no response. I then went to the window and saw staff inside moving around. One woman looked at me and our eyes met and she looked away without coming to offer services. It was very rude and unprofessional. I understand there are staff shortages in the aftermath of COVID but I have not experienced this issue with any other chain restaurants in the area.
