We went to the drive-through to get chicken strips and jalapeno poppers, but they were clearly dark brown instead of golden brown. When we went back to address the issue and pointed out that they were burnt, the staff outright denied it. Do they really think it's our first time having chicken strips or jalapeno poppers? Paid $14 for a burger and some jalapeño poppers then was told to pull forward to wait for my order. There we're multiple other cars that pulled forward and we'd were all waiting for our orders to be brought out. I was there 30 MINUTES when I finally went inside to get my order which was just sitting on the counter cold as hell! Two other customers were also inside to get their orders because they were also just as frustrated. They only had 3 people working; 3 cooks and 1 gal that was front of house who simply could not keep up. You need to rework your systems and not have cars pulling forward. That poor girl lost track of where she was at was not able to take orders, payments, and then also run out the 4 cars of orders out to them. You need additional staff and to work on your systems. I see a review here from 9 months ago that had the same complaints it's time for some changes. Won't be back ever again. read more

They always take for ever and when you get to the window they always ask you to pull up so even if there are no cars behind you. So not only do you pay $15 for a burger and LARGE fry you also don't get a sauce or 2 without having to pay extra and you get a MEDIUM fry instead while paying for the LARGE. Had one person parked and there was only one other person behind us. I had ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with no egg add bacon and a medium Dr Pepper, light ice, and a sprite. My biscuit came back with only one strip of bacon and a slice of cheese my biscuit was hard and tasted rubbery. So on June 22nd, 2017, at 11:49 am, I was hungry and decided to stop at jack in the box for food. I had previously enjoyed the Triple bacon buttery jack on multiple occasions and different locations. This day was to be the first time for me to enjoy this burger at the lake Stevens Jack in the box. To my surprise, when I went up to order, I was met with a surprising response, this is a direct quote: "I apologize sir, but that sandwich doesn't exist." I repeated the name, same answer. I was confused and felt like she thought I was insane. I settled on a different menu item, and decided to research this burger. My results confirmed that in fact the Triple bacon buttery jack does exist, and I went to the counter to speak again with her to clear up the confusion. I asked for the lady, and I was even more surprised at what I was hearing: "We do not have an employee named loralee." My hold on reality was beginning to slip. I was slowly spiraling into existential uncertainty. I wasn't sure anymore if I could discern between dimensions. I walked out of this jack in the box questioning my sense of reality. read more

No, no, no, no... never again. I got a breakfast sandwich here a few weeks ago. I bit into it and got something hard. My sandwich had pieces of hard plastic in it. So, thinking the restaurant might like to know what they were serving people, I cleaned up the plastic, took it and the sandwich up to the restaurant and asked for the manager. She was completely disinterested in what I found in my food. She never even looked at it. She simply asked me, "what do you want me to do about it?" Silly me, I thought maybe she'd want to see it so she could find the source. So I got my money back and came home and wrote the corporate office. They seemed more concerned that I might be considering suing them and made sure I knew that if I had to see a dentist it would be at my expense. Nice. But to compensate me for feeding me plastic, they sent me two coupons for free meals. They did ask if I'd mail them the pieces of plastic. I told them I was going to hang onto it and see if the health inspector wanted it because I was contacting the health department next. This is a fairly new building and has a pretty cool layout, with patio seating and an indoor/outdoor fireplace which is a first for me at a Jack in the Box. It was clean and efficient during my visit for lunch, I thought it was nice they also have Ranch Dressing and BBQ Sauce in the condiment dispensing area, no need to ask for packets or anything. As far as the food goes I would rate it above your typical fast food burger you would get a McDonalds and Burger King, but nothing extra ordinary after all it is fast food your expectations should not be to high. The diverse menu and decent quality fast food in a clean environment is why you would stop here. read more

This Jack in the Box is the best on the western half of Washington State. The staff were patient and pleasant, and even danced for us. The food was pretty alright, I mean it is a fast food restaurant, and as such the food isn't gonna be top tier. The food left us full, and tasted good along with that. Overall, we recommend this Jack in the Box to any individual who appreciates satisfying their palate with both respect and sub-par food. Five stars. read more

This jack in the box drive thru is open 24/7 and the only other place open at the time is mcdonalds so no thanks. The place looks nice with the green glass tile and fireplace. The food is ok, My complaint is that it's not very hot. The female daytime Saturday manager likes to yell for her employees across the restaurant and then boss them around in a mean way in front of customers. The poor kid working the front counter looked miserable and it's no wonder, the boss treats them all horrible. The building sits in a weird way so that if more then 3 cars are waiting in line at the drive-thru, it blocks the lane for the shopping center exit/entry.
