Came in for late dinner on a Friday night, this last Friday and actually sat down to have dinner there inside instead of taking it to go. Restroom was clean, and seating was plenty. Ordered our food and we had it hot and ready to enjoy within 10 minutes. Place was quiet until a young crowd arrived and it got a bit loud, good thing we were done with our meal and off we went. Had the late meal box, came with a choice of a burger, two tacos and both curly and regular fries. Cool story. My niece is visiting California from Germany. She was on her way to visit and the GPS she was using sort of led her on a wild goose chase. Anyway, she couldn't find us, so stopped in to this particular Jack in the Box to grab a bite. When she did, she and her friend managed to lock both her phone and car keys in the car. There is a wonderful and kind woman named Vanessa who works at this particular store. She let my niece use her phone so she could contact me. My wife and I drove over there, called triple A, and all was straightened out. Now get this, at the same time that this happened to my Niece, there was another family, this one with small children, who did the exact same thing. Locked their keys in their car. Vanessa called Triple A for them on her own AAA card because they did not have it. The other family offered her money for her help and she flat out refused. I do not forget that kind of exemplary kindness. Now, Jack in the Box is a large chain of fast food places and the menus are standardized. What is not standardized is how fast the service is, how clean the store is, and how nice the people are. This Jack is the best one I have ever visited, and Vanessa, through her kindness and thoughtfulness, elevates it even further. When I am done with this review, I am going to praise both that store and that kind woman to anybody over at big Jack Corporate who wants to hear about it. If you are feeling the need for some Jack in the Box, this restaurant is an awesome pick. And say hi to Vanessa; tell her Scott sent you. So I just got back from here and they got my order wrong TWICE. Although they fixed it the first time, the second time apparently the manager said they couldn't tell if it had been wrong even when I brought them the burger, and they didn't refund or fix it. This made me realize the manager may not even know what ingredients their burgers actually have, they just go off the verbal title. In the most polite way possible, to anyone who complains about being asked to back up or pull to the entrance to reset the timer... please shut your face. Fast, Good, Cheap. You can only have two. Jack in the Box is cheap and good AND relatively fast but when you order something with an additional topping or without toppings, they aren't going to be giving you something that has been sitting under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it. It is going to be made fresh. So either politely decline, or make up an excuse on why no, you will not help them meet their ridiculous speed standards given to them by CEOs who never step foot behind the counter of their establishment, or stop complaining and just do it. It has nothing to do with the quality of service they provide or the food you receive. Better yet, get your lazy tush out of the car and walk inside. You can order and plop down at a table to wait on your food. This is the one store that has consistently never screwed up our order and we come here frequently. Stopped by to get a quick bite to eat... went thru drive thru and was on the window in minutes... was in a bad mood but the cashiers smile made my day. He was very nice young man. His name was Jordan, I had ordered a fish sandwich combo and in so many years I have been going to jib this one actually gave me fresh and hot food. I don't know about others , but I have always had great service here. Full menu 24 hrs a day,great since I'm not a breakfast person.

The worst experience ever. From the beginning they had a bad attitude like they didn't care at all. I ordered through the drive-thru and they made me pull around to the front to wait for my order. They bring my food, I check it and see that they had forgotten my side salad. I go inside to tell them and Christina the manager acts like she doesn't care, she puts a side salad in a bag and throws the bag at me and walks away. I go home thinking that's the only item they forgot, nope. I unpacked my food and see that they forgot one of my burgers. Great now I have to drive 15min back to the restaurant and have my family wait to eat because they can't get my order right. I go back and talk to Christina. Again she acts like it's nothing, gives me my burger and walks away from me. That is so ridiculous. Christina should not be a manager with that attitude that she has. She has terrible customer service, doesn't care about the customers, and can't even acknowledge the mistakes she and her employees make. And she's supposed to lead by example? Don't go here. I ordered something so simple, 2 chicken sandwiches and water and they forgot the mayo and lettuce in both sandwiches and asked me about 3 different times if I got my water. They even asked me my order again when I got to the window...even though no one was in front or behind me when ordering...Too distracted with other things obviously. read more

Since when do you only get one sauce for three egg rolls and seven jalapenos? On top of that, my order was missing an item and had to wait longer out front than I did in drive-thru. Asked for at least one additional sauce per item (would've even paid extra...), girl said "ok"... and still did not add them to the bag for which I had to wait another five mins. This is the best fast-food in Antelope Valley. They have breakfast all day. The staff are ALWAYS exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Service is prompt and courteous. Great salesmanship, too as they'll make tasty substitution suggestions without being pushy about it. The restaurant, bathrooms and parking lot are spotless. Went through the drive thru after watching a movie with the wife around 11:30pm drive thru wasn't packed at all only had one car ahead of me I ordered a Jr jumbo jack with sriracha sauce and the drive thru employee his name was isai said no problem he'll add the sauce ordered a 10 piece and a med curly fries long story short I go home to find out he didn't add the sriracha sauce as requested on my burger the chicken nuggets and the curly fries where stale and burnt and hard.ime they gave us ones that are expired. So I call and request a refund isai happens to pick up the phone and thought it was a good idea to be a rude prick to me and my wife. I guess you can say he threw good customer service right out the window I won't be visiting this place anymore. If your going to work in customer service you shouldn't be so rude.
