3rd time we've been to this location and 3rd disappointing experience. The first time the chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich had the texture of rubber to the point where i could not finish it. The last two times my request for no ketchup was acknowledged on the screen in drive thru and on my receipt but the person that assembled my burger decided they knew better than I did in terms of how I like my burgers. Long story short, the associates locked the doors so I couldn't go in and order, and at the drive through refused to take an order or make food saying they couldn't bc they were closed and had no one on the clock to make food or do anything. They also said there was no manager and the only time they have a manager is late at night.. only to then take an order and make food for the car immediately behind me. Ordering two number 14 meals, they rang each piece separately adding another 10$ to the order, they forgot straws, they refused to check the order even when I asked to confirmed that the order was indeed meals. The receipt which I had to ask twice for proved they were not. I normally don't leave any negative reviews on a restaurants worse day, but the dismissal and extra charges infuriated me. Blazing Chicken Sandwich is pretty good! But for the price stick with Chic Fil A. It's about 10x better for the same price! This store pretty much delivers what you expect for a Jack in the Box. Food is usually good here. This time for some reason I got the worse fries. It seemed like they gathered the stale curly and regular fries together. They were nasty, old, and stale. If you are gonna play it off like fresh fries. At least get all the same fries. With all this corona stuff going around. You would think this staff would be a little better with food safety. No matter if it's 3pm or 3 am the food is always a hit or a miss. But most of the time you better expect it to be a HARD miss. It's VERY noticeable when the food has been sitting out maybe under a heat lamp for hours on end. I find that the night shift from 1am to 5 am simply just don't give a flying f**k. After coming home from a longgggg 13 hour shift I'm exhausted and hungry. Since it's either Jack in the box or McDonald's that's open at that time that I can eat dinner I sit in the long ass useless line and pray that the only reason why they take forever is because they're making the food fresh. And I get to the last window excited to finally come home and sit down and thinking of crying I'm so hungry....and then there it is. I don't know why I always expect this poor excuse of a meal to satisfying my craving for absolutely anything. Don't eat at this Jack in the crack past 7pm. Then I get to the window and I give him my money, he doesn't give my change back and when I asked about it he rolled his eyes and went to give the change. He seemed to be on something heavy and couldn't figure out the change, I told him it's 82 cents and he just handed me a dollar back and said "I can't count so f*ck it, here's a dollar back". The food is good and the prices are cheap. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave the store or the drive thru. I go here all the time and about half of the time they don't give me everything I ordered. They're normally happy to get you everything once you point it out to them though. If you order one combo meal and don't ask for anything special like no ice in your drink or no pickles on your burger or an extra hash brown you'll probably get everything. But ordering it your way most likely will lead to it being done the wrong way until you ask to have it fixed. The 2 tacos for a buck is always good and they always have a promo menu item that is normally very good as well. read more

I order here 2 -10 a week. I order the exact same thing every single time...price for that same order ranges from $4.71 to $5.84. If I say something..sometimes it will get fixed. Super annoying the huge price change depending on who charges me...and for the same EXACT order. Went here a month ago when we were visiting. Had a mid morning breakfast...they seemed to get our order fairly quickly, and the food tasted pretty much like all the other jack in the boxes that I've been too... which is a good thing. I believe it was one of their breakfast burritos. The parking outside was decent, and the tables and chairs inside were good too. It was pretty clean inside, so I can't complain about this location.
