The worst jack in the box I've ever eaten at in my whole life. It was last Friday morning, needed to pick up a few things at fry's. I am an East Coast transplant, and am not super familiar with the Jack in the Box menu. When I came through your Drive Thru Kathleen took my order and was incredible. She didn't rush me. She took the time to even make a few recommendations. I think I was really accustomed to bad drive thru experiences at McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc - because I just found her incredible, especially at late night. Update to my last review. After my recent review, Jack in the Box reached out immediately to discuss my "not-great" experience. They said they would contact the location and fix the "cold food" issue. They sent me coupons in the hope that I would give it another try. I did and my food was excellent, as I always knew it could be. Every restaurant has its flaws. It's the nature of the business, but this kind of response is what every customer wants to see. I don't do fast food often and even when I do I tend to lean more for sub sandwiches, but the handful of times I have got food from here when on the go, this location can be hit and miss. I rate the service at the drive thru as about average on wait times. It really just depends on what you order. Workers aren't rude but not overly friendly either but then that seems to be most fast food places anymore. It's not like I'm expecting them to be my friend or anything but they are better than in some locations nearby of other joints I have mentioned. Have never dined inside so I can't speak to the experience indoors. I only went in to order once years ago and everything from what I could see appeared to be clean. Now, regarding the food itself; I have had instances where the curly fries and burgers/sandwiches are decent but on the flip side, their breakfast, not so much. The taste is, well, meh. The hash-browns now a few times taste as though they are/were fried in two day-old oil that they may have used for other items and was gross. I didn't make a complaint because the sandwich was okay but it makes you kind of reluctant to get hash-browns if you return. You could tell just by the appearance and then of course, the taste. Stale. Or it was fried too long and just overdone. Not sure why this was unless I just happened to have a bad experience the few times I got breakfast here but they really need to keep an eye on that so as to keep quality consistent. In fairness there were times the hash-browns were fresh tasting so who knows. Lunch experiences have been overall good with burgers, tacos and curly fries -better than the BK a few miles down the road and they don't get the orders wrong or make you wait for exorbitant wait times like the McDonalds on the other side of the highway, but quality-wise, Jack overall needs to improve the taste of their breakfast items and this fact is not just exclusive to this particular location. Three stars. Good for a quick bite for lunch but many of their breakfast items leave more to be desired in regards to the competition in regards to taste/seasoning. read more

I went through the drive-thru today at the Jack in The box on Hunt highway and only ordered two burgers got home because I don't like ketchup or pickles on my burger so I got it without everything else was right except that there was no meat or cheese so I had a burgerless burger. I've been trying to reach out to the store because I cannot drive due to some side effects of taking chemotherapy. I actually had a taste for a burger and tried to get one but now I can't even contact anybody for them to fix my order until probably when my husband gets home in this afternoon. I am really surprised by this because I've been to that one several times and they're usually really good and I enjoy the sandwich. However I've just kind of think that this is probably my last trip there. Writing this review before I even get to the window, if u come here anytime passed 10pm ur in for an hour wait in the drive through with very little cars in front of you. The employees are very unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. After waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes, I decided I'd try my luck walking into the store to order at the counter but when I got out of my car I was met by two employees smoking RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. There food is usually pretty decent on most days but when the have the crew of CHILDREN working at night nothing is prepared the way it's supposed be whether the food is cold or just the carelessness of throwing the food in the bag.
