The meat quality is not good but there was a tomato slice and a couple cheap leaves of iceburg lettuce and the bun was alright. I don't like the gimmicks that this chain advertises to lure in the mindless ones. Calling the sugarized sauce, "good good sauce"? Lame. Gimmick. And it wasn't good let alone good good. And I don't like the exorbitant price I have to pay so that Dumb Jack can afford for his jet fuel. Paid $13.26 for a #13 grilled chicken small fry and small drink meal. I don't like the rotten surface of the entire parking lot here. Property owners need to fix that. Major potholes. And the unnecessary curb near the liquor store? Better not hit that pointless hazard. Where do I start? The service was lackluster, but I figured as long as the food was ok it didn't matter. I ordered a supreme croissant meal with a soda. The hash brown was barely warm, over cooked, and tasted like burnt oil. The sandwich was the saddest looking fast food breakfast sandwich I have ever seen.. The croissant was squished, dry, and cold. The ham was hanging off to one side, the egg looked days old, and there was barely a piece of bacon. The soda was fine. I would actually give this place negative numbers if it was possible to do so. Why are they always cleaning the shake machine at lunchtime? Whenever I come around noon, the shake machine is always down for cleaning.

I went on 10/25 around 7 pm, and the cashier attending at the drive-thru was very rude and had no customerservice skills. As i was waiting for my order, I saw how the cashier threw a bag with food to the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, he doesn't say hi, he charges me, shut the window and walk away. He's just playing around with the rest of the coworkers. When he comes back to hand me the drinks and the bags with the food, he kind of shoved them to me. He did not ask if I needed anything else. He just closed the window and walked away. We didn't get any sauces or napkins. Whoever prepped the chicken fajitas we ordered, only gave us half of it and the order half was completely plain as the pic submitted. read more

I was pressured to complete my order when the employee asked me if the order was correct on the screen. I wasn't allowed to respond and was told to pull up to drive to the window for payment. As I drove to the window, a Jack in the Box representative greeted me with an attitude by saying to his co-worker, "I'm unsure how you deal with these people."He returned my debit card after payment was processed there wasn't a receipt provided. When I asked for the ranch, he tossed the sauce on the brown paper bag, crushed the bag, and proceeded to give me my food. After the food was provided I took a couple of seconds to review my order there weren't any napkins or utensils provided. As a loyal customer of over 25 years, I was sickened by the representative behavior. I hope fewer customers deal with this classless conduct. read more

I'm not from this area, but decided to stop by this Jack in the Box to finally try the hyped up "Tiny Tacos". I actually like the tacos from Jack in the box, so I was very excited to try the tiny version. The verdict, they taste exactly the same as the regular sized version. But I do like that they are more bite sized, it makes it more fun to eat. If you like lettuce & taco sauce, go for the loaded version for just a dollar more. My sister got an egg roll, which she said was okay, but I feel like they were overpriced...although I can't remember the price at this time. So there wasn't anything really wrong with the food here, just tasted like any standard Jack in the Box. I do have to remove a few stars for the service in the drive thru. After we ordered, we pulled up to the window to pay, and right after we paid, the staff asked if we can reverse & pull back up to the window. We were confused because she didn't really explain why, but I'm guessing they are being timed with their drive thru rates. This location has never been the greatest in my opinion with their customer service, but the food has always been ok however I went on 09/24/2022 around 9:30am because I saw the advertisement for the French toast sticks & when I arrived at the restaurant they had posters in the windows & both menu boards had the French toast sticks being advertised & when I ordered them the young lady on drive thru told me that "they are no longer participating in selling them" My question is why are you advertising them at your restaurant location & telling customers that you are not selling them?? I live right down the street from this location but I think this will be my last time visiting it! I did a mobile order so it shouldn't take that long. They always seem to take their time making the orders. The last time I went through the drive thru we sat for 2 mins before anyone came on the speaker. Then sat for another 10 mins at the window while they talked and played around instead of getting the order ready. It's ridiculous. They get slower every time. read more

I've been to plenty of Jack-in-the-Boxes and I must say that this location is just terrible. To the point that I would drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location. The employees are rude, they've gotten my order wrong countless times, they never give any of the right condiments with my order (i.e. hot sauce for tacos or tarter sauce for fish 'sticks'), and they're tacos are always SOGGY as if they toss the tacos into the oil before it's hot enough. I wish there was a closer Jack-in-the-Box to me other then this location so I wouldn't have to drive so far just to avoid this one ... but until there is, I'll check back once in a while to see if this location has gotten any better. read more

Being that this is my 100th review, I am PROUD to review jack in the crack because it shows what a total well rounded foodie I am. I appreciate Jack in the crack for the purpose it serves. Designed for late night cravings after having a night of fun with the girls. Or a quick yummy salad when you don't feel like making your own during the day. I just make sure to never take my kids here, I wouldn't want them thinking this is a great place to go and follow in mommies footsteps.... HA! Pros: Fast service, even the late night rush is tended to in an efficient manner. And the workers here get the order RIGHT 99% of the time. Amazing! I ordered food for my pregnant wife and when i arrived home I realized that my order of churros was missing. I went back and explained through the drive through that my churros weren't in the bag. The "manager" on duty claims to go by the name Susan said that she would do it this time but wouldn't do it again. I'm not sure why she had to talk to her customer like that over a $2 dollar order. I asked her why is she so upset about it and her response was "what?! I Gave you your order!" And told me "FUCK YOU!" It's really disappointing that the manager on duty would treat her customers like this and this is something that I would have to write a statement about over some churros.
