I have gone to this location for years; however, it has gone downhill noticeably in the last two years. The restaurant interior and the drive-up windows are often dirty, they run out of staple foods, they serve watered-down drinks, and at least two of the workers at the drive-through window barely speak English. They often forget to include things like syrup with breakfast items, hot sauce with tacos, ketchup with fries, cream/sugar with coffee, etc. Receipts always used to be given; now they are not unless requested, and then the worker acts put out at having to provide one. I've always asked for pickles on sandwiches with no hassles; all of a sudden, they want to charge extra for three or four pickle slices! I can't remember the last time napkins were included, which ALL other fast food places give. A new wrinkle is that they have people order at the speaker menu, drive to the window to pay, and then drive up to a cone marker (or park at a cone marker in the parking lot, if they are really busy) so that the worker has to go outside to carry the food to the customer either at the #1 cone or in the parking lot. It is ridiculous! I strongly suggest going to any one of the other four Jack-in-the-Box locations in Santa Rosa and avoiding this one. It's not worth the surly and ineffectual "service" provided at the Hoen location. read more

This was my first time trying this place and for a fast food joint, I have to say I was pretty impressed. We got 3 free tacos for just signing up for their texting updates. Also, everything we ate was pretty good. Nothing was too oily and after I was done eating I didn't feel gross at all, like I normally do when I eat fast food.
