Just ordered the breakfast platter and they gave me two BBQ SAUCES instead of syrup for my pancakes. BBQ SAUCE AND BUTTER. Wtf? Edit: went back to get the syrup and waited in the car line for it to not move at all and I had to go inside with no shoes on to get my correct order! All they had to do was give me syrup and they OPENED THEM BEFORE THROWING THEM IN THE BAG. And it was LEAKING ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE BAG. Which I'm pretty sure they did on purpose because it was BOTH syrups. This place is a poor excuse for an establishment. The woman manager was extremely rude unapologetic and wouldn't be surprised if she's behind the syrup. When she came to the counter and re explained that I need my receipt and I'm literally holding it up as she says it. They should've offered it free and I had to ask to get my money back after waiting an extra 15 minutes in my socks. They told me I get one or the other. After all this. If I could, I'd give no stars. Have been to this location four times, and every time the same order. And every time, it's wrong. Sometimes they mumble about being sorry, sometimes they say nothing, just take the item back and avoid eye contact. They usually get it right the second time. Last night was the kicker, though. The employee who took the order was told it was wrong, and then proceeded to pitch a fit about how he made it exactly as I'd ordered it. I told the manager I thought such behavior was unprofessional, but she didn't seem to have much concern about it. It's bad enough I have to double-check their work, but for an employee to behave in such a manner is the cherry on top. read more

Cashier told me it was first day so I let it go. They gave me another burger but this one had a single patty instead of double that I ordered. This location deserves no stars at all. I don't usually enjoy fast food but when I do I go to Jack N the Box for their curly fries. With this particular visit, prior to ordering I asked Elizabeth for a moment because I was getting my Grandmothers order as well as my cousin. Elizabeth was very impatient, snapping at me for my order. This location was not busy at all. I asked her to giver a little more time my grandmother was indecisive of what she wanted. Unsure of what we're ordering Elizabeth snaps at me for the second time. Again, this location was not busy at all. Our choice of our orders lasted no longer than 2 minutes. I snap back myself refusing for Elizabeth to treat me that way. We get into an argument while I'm paying. She declines snapping me saying she did nothing of sort. She refused to take ownership of her actions. And Elizabeth being a manger at this location should treat customers the way she would like to be treated. Or maybe a little better because she is working customer service, and is representing this company with " Managerial" skills. But no she herself is yelling back. This fast food purchase was the most violent and hostile transaction I've ever experienced. The worst part of this experience is the food was horrible. It was dry and our fries were very stale. Worse customer service ever. Came in earlier today and I believed to have left my debit card behind. I called in and the manager answered and told me she didn't have time to look for that as she needed to take a break and the rest of her team to call back in 30 minutes. Came to jack and went inside because the drive thru was packed and there wasn't as big of a line inside but just a couple in front of me, there order was taken quick and the cashier named Michelle told me she'd be with me in one second and she went back to drive thru and she came back to me really quick to take my order. They do a very good job and what sets them apart is the fact that their personnel seem to always have a smile for you and make you feel welcome. I'm content with "ho hum" service at fast food restaurants, but I have to compliment the guys and gals at this location. This happened about a month ago... So I was at the drive thru and got the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The line was long as usual, and eventually I got my order. I always always ask if everything's inside before driving off. Well, the girl with reddish streaks in her hair and very poor looking tattoos on her arms and hands assured me my order was complete... I get home and I see that my sandwich was missing something.... The fucking chicken! There was practically a whole head of lettuce, 2 strands of onion and a slab of mayo on the bun. I am patient with a lot of things and some people, but it's not that difficult to get a basic order right! Lol I drove back, went inside and asked the manager if he would eat this as I opened the sandwich. He must have been fresh outta high school probably. He quickly told the kitchen staff to correct it and I reenforced the order with my Spanish asking them how in the world do they wanna get $15 an hour to keep fucking up orders! I was livid.... Ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee. Had to ask for a cup so I could get my coffee which isn't too good. The gave me a number to put on the table and said they would bring it to me. Waited for a very long time then went back to the counter. A sandwich was there, "cold". I slid the number across the counter and asked why they did not bring it out. The gal at the register became very angry and defensive and told me they called the other number. I was close and they never called the other number. This person was very rude and unprofessional. Just got back from this place. Wow, how screwed up can you be at a simple fast food place. I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast meal. It said on the sign the meal was $4.79. When she rang it up it showed $5.19 with tax $5.44. She asked me if my order was correct on the screen and I said yes except the price should be $4.79. With a terrible accent she asked me to come to the window. When I finally got to the window she told me the $4.79 price is if you get coffee with the meal. If you get orange juice it costs more. When she gave me my total at the window it was $5.66. WTF??? When I got home about 3 minutes later my hash browns were cold.
