First time at this location but they've been open for about four years. Didn't even know there was a Habit here but I'll add it to my list. Easy parking in their dedicated lot with plenty of spaces. They even have a drive-thru! I had an errand in the same strip mall so I decided to stop in. I stopped by this Habit Burger location today to pick up my mobile order. I was already going to be in the plaza this location is at because my wife was picking up her food at another store. I got the sweet potatoes fries, Oreo shake and a large tropical tea. I found parking alright in the plaza but it can get busy because there are other stores and a self car wash here as well. This Habit location has a drive thru which is rare. My order was ready at the pickup time I selected. Just double check your order before leaving, like my order was missing the ranch. The sweet potatoes fries and Oreo shake were delicious. My wife loved the tropical tea from here. The customer service here was great and the store was clean. read more

As I was eating my grilled chicken Caesar salad I noticed what looked like moldy cheese. Now I don't known if it's moldy or they accidentally added blue cheese since it's offered on other salads. Either way I won't be finishing my lunch because of the uncertainty. read more

I ordered off of the drive thru and when I got home they were missing a burger (frustrating). I drove back to tell them and the manager came and he was amazing, first off he apologized 10 times, gave me a free shake, fries and gift card (was not expecting that). My recent experience at Habit Burger in Sylmar (Lakeview Terrace) was excellent! Ivan went above and beyond to help me place my order from an email offer I received and couldnt get my app to open! Thanks to Ivan I was able to order the Chicken Club and it was excellent! It was. well prepared and packaged nicely in a tray not wrapped up in paper. This is the second time I've had an incident at this location! Management is pathetic! I get here at 10:30 in the morning just after they open order a burger and fries combo ask for half fries half onion rings. The fries are cold and soggy. The onion rings are overcooked cold and burnt I take them back to the counter/manager hand them to her. She looks at me with attitude. Doesn't say a word turns around speak Spanish to the cook behind her assuming to tell him to make fresh ones doesn't say one word to me! that I'm sorry we'll get those right out to you. Well honestly this location is one of the best locations I have been to. The Santa Barbara char is well seasoned and prepared. The french fries taste great. They were not too salty, they were salted just right. The customer service here is extraordinary they actually pay attention to ur order and make sure it's made right. As for the food.. it tastes the same as any other Habit, but the portions are A LOT smaller compared to others! Their chicken club sandwich at the la canada location is a nice sized piece of chicken, but this location has a thin pounded down chicken breast with barely any avocado.. typically heavier on one side of the sandwich. . It also lacks in salt. (I'm not someone who eats salty) their fried side items are so much less compared to the la canada one. I got half zucchini and half fries and probably got 4 pieces of fries. And I had also asked for extra crispy on all the sides and none were extra crispy. If I had to choose, I'd go with the la canada location. Rather drive a little more.
