Worst experience ever at a Jack In the Box! Not one piece of bacon on my Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Speaking to the manager didn't help. She claims there's bacon on my sandwich and opened it up to show me. I still couldn't see it. After both her and the cook handled my sandwich claiming they see the bacon, I was handed my contaminated sandwich back. If this is how Jack in the Box treats it's customers, I will never return. read more

I don't usually eat here, but I forgot my lunch at home and this location is close to my job. Dylan was helpful at the speaker when I asked him if "the cluck" was good. He made it sound enticing, so I ordered it! When I got to the window, Dylan was very friendly and courteous, engaging me in conversation. The cherry on top is that the sandwich is pretty bomb! So,,, my mom came here about two weeks ago and complained about the workers and when she asked for an extra hamburger patty in her hamburger they tossed a patty in a completely separate bag. I of course gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought "maybe she just had a new hire" I just went to this location and I was in the drive through waiting ... waiting... and waiting... no one came on the speaker.. finally I made the first move and said "hello?" And a girl answered back in a rude way and was hardly even paying attention to me. Before she would cut the speaker out I can clearly hear she was having a conversation with another employee and ignored more than half my order. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there, but let's be honest no one wants to be at work on a late Saturday night and I understand that... but none the less it's still your job and please be kinder that's all I'm asking haha read more

So oddly enough I am changing my review to a very positive one for Jack in the Box the only thing I don't like about it is it wants you to use the app which I can never get to open it freezes every time either inside the restaurant where there's four Wi-Fi available unfortunately I have come to like the convenience of the drive-thru for late night. Starting at 9:00 p.m. you can order through the drive-thru or inside if they are open at this location the Munchie meal it's $6 and you get a box full of any kind of sandwich they have different sandwiches I believe to choose from you got a box full of curly fries regular fries you get two tacos and a drink for $6 it's really worth it and I believe they are open till 3:30 a.m. if you are up that time. There is another location in Murrieta California unemployment of Kellogg's and Madison wait for me people working there and they hook you up with extra fries and goodies go check it out read more

I've never had a bad experience at this Jack in the Box. I come here regularly during the week to grab the mocha iced coffee before I head to school. Always the Best service supper friendly staff. But the Best service is definitely from Jose. He's always so nice & patient with my family when they have no clue what they want and spend what feels like forever at the menu. Stopped by with the family on our way to Sea World... I normally don't review fast food restaurants but I felt like I had to this time because the staff had great customer service. I forgot to ask for names before driving off but our receipt has the employee name as Jose (took our order drive-thru). Both he and another female employee handed us our food and were beyond nice. Even my husband commented on how this is the nicest people he has ever encountered at a Jack in the Box. Our food was good too and nothing was missed which is also a good thing! Nice place but needs more staff on a Friday after drinking hours. 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and we drove up from SD and both car had fairly simple orders but store was staffed w only two employees so it took way longer than it should have. @jackinthebox help them out and staff them appropriately! read more

The only thing I have a problem with is I went into Jack in the box at around 2 o'clock in the morning and they stated online they say they're open until 3:30am. Well, at 2am they turned us away from the drive through and once I confirmed with them that that's what they were doing, they stoped responding to us on the drive through speaker. They no longer responded. So I had to, myself, back the WHOLE line up in the drive through and tell them that they were no longer accepting orders. And I had to myself back up at least two cars behind me and move the line back so I can move out and go back to my hotel. Horrible service. The car in front of us has to drive over there curb to get out. I hate it hear. read more

Fast food is one of those items that you get what you deserve when you buy it and eat it. That must be why I'm writing this review. The restaurant is sitting by itself at the end of the road off the 15. I went to the drive thru but I could see inside that the restaurant was large and very clean and almost looks like a Winery building. The server was very friendly, polite and professional. He let me know in polite terms that my with food would be up in just a minute and I was in no great hurry so the minute was fine. I ordered a couple of buttery Jacks on a coupon. This time, as opposed to the last time in Ramona, the hamburgers came out looking like they were straight out of a picture. Expertly packaged and wrapped, the buns weren't crushed, and everything was fresh and correctly assembled. The meat was about as fresh as I've ever had Jack in the Box meat. The buns were toasted to crisp but not burnt and the cheese was melted but not running all over the place. If there was any thing to pick out as wrong I would just say that the bacon was a little bit on the thin side, but hey, what do you expect for $2.50. In retrospect, I'm thinking this might be a corporate model store. If that's true, then this is the Jack in the Box that everyone should eat at even if you have to go miles out of your way. read more

Nice enough store next to a Shell station outside of Temecula. Stopped for gas and then went by the Jack in the Box for a 10 piece nugget order. The place was mildly busy and quiet. I thought the person behind the counter was very pleasant and gave a big smile, always a good thing for customer service. I did use the bathroom and it was on the cleaner side and did not have any old bathroom smell. I could not be sure but if almost felt like the place was relatively newly built. The downside was as I got my order to go and was down the road when I realized the order was missing 2 nuggets. In the end not a huge deal but my only experience with the place was a inaccurate order. read more

Got home with two Buttery Jack's for me and my wife and the buns were stale, no butter, no seasoning, burgers were dry, the aioli tasted sour, and the bacon tasted like crap. when it's open, it's what you expect from a jack in the box, semi good greasy food. this location however has been closing at around 10/ 10:30ish which honestly isn't a problem it's just that they don't update their hours of operation or post a sign at the door or drive thru that they're closed. and the girl at the intercom has a snarky/ bitchy attitude about it, i understand that working in food service you have to deal with a lot of rude customers but this girl is rude to the customer right at the start! oddly enough when this location does happen to be open while i go the male workers are always nice, even if it is the customer service nice. i dont really frequent this place only when i work late nights and i want a quick bite before heading home so it kinda sucks when one of the only places that are stated to be open aren't and the workers give you an attitude about being in their drive thru, it kinda sucks. read more
