5-STARS for the Jalapeño Poppers. I've been through the drive-thru three times this year, and the jalapeños have been consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. As far as I can tell, this the only fast-food offering of jalapeño poppers in the Wenatchee area, much less through a drive-thru! When I'm hungry but don't want to ruin dinner in an hour, these poppers go the distance...they get me home just in time to wait for dinner with a smile! As well, the 2-tacos for $1.99 is not only a bargain, their tacos are the closest to 'pan-fried' of any in the valley. What's not to like about their tacos and poppers?!?! read more

Worst attitudes ever experienced. There was poop on the side if the toilet for THREE WEEKS. Cold not warm meats let alone hot. ABSOLUTELY XOLD AND TOUGH. A paddy tough. Horrible customer service put a mobile order for two crispy chicken wraps and received both of them grilled chicken, so I thought no problem. I'll just go in and get them exchanged. The manager was super rude and did not want to exchange my chicken wraps. He finally said he would exchange them so I thought he fixed the problem he gave me my meal, and I walked out only to find out that he had given me the same wraps finally gave up and just went home and threw the wraps away. read more

Not to bad I live really close to Burger King the staff is always there, sometimes there too busy talking. But they overall get my food in a good amount of time, but if your in a rush then go through the drive through. read more

Usually only eat breakfast here... The menu is consistent and the quality pretty standard. The staff is particularly friendly at this store and always have an upbeat attitude. Coffee is terrible and often barely warm but the rest of the menu is adequate. read more

I've been to this restaurant multiple times, and almost every time, I would have given the service a 1 star. The first time, we had to have our order redone twice, once because they gave my grandfather (who I was ordering with) the wrong burger, and the second time because they apparently didn't hear me say "no mayo, no onions". So, we went again, thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke. Oh no. We went there for breakfast about a month or so later, and they messed up the order again. We went there again today, just to see if maybe we'd get lucky this time. We ordered three the Jumbo Deal special ($3.99 for a burger, two tacos, a small fry, and a medium drink), since we were feeding several people. Again, they had to redo the order multiple times. The first time, because they offered us curly fries, but failed to mention that they charge you extra for those. The second time, because they tried to charge me /more/ for my burger, because I asked for no mayo/no onions. And at the same time, the manager they had gotten to take care of us mentioned that they charge for the cheese, which we weren't even asked if we wanted or not. We finally got charged the right price ($12.94, since it's basically $4 per meal, and Washington has a 0.08% sales tax). The big thing, however, is that each and every time we've had to go up there to say "hey, you got our order wrong, could you please fix it?", the cashiers and managers have been completely and utterly rude and obnoxious. The service is poor, and the price and food are average. All it all, I'd never go to the one in Wenatchee again. We'll see how the one in East Wenatchee is, when it opens up. read more

I don't get all the food I've paid for. This has happened twice. I was charged for an extra hash brown but didn't receive it. No quality control and I had to wait 5 minutes to even place an order when no one was in front of me. If you're brave enough to eat here, double check everything before leaving. Went through the drive through at around 4:40 pm on 6/23/2017. BBQ Bacon burger was pretty good, but my order of curly fries was not. 1/4 of the box was reg fries and they were all luke warm at best not even 10 mins later when I got home. I tried to call the restaurant 3 different times. The first time I called, I started to explain why complaint and I got "disconnected". Called 3 more times and each time after the phone was answered after I said hi, I was disconnected again as if they heard my voice and immediately hung up. I wasn't looking for any form of compensation, just to let the fry people know to check their baskets and make sure that fresh fries are being served to paying customers. Now, there is a chance that they just have a really cruddy cordless phone and if that's correct, then I blame management for making their employees use such crappy equipment making the restaurant look bad as a whole. Very disappointed. I expect more from my previously favorite fast food spot. read more

I went through the drive through and ordered a milkshake with chicken nuggets and fries. They told me my total was $10.39. When I pulled up I proceeded to pay, while my card was declined. So I continued to grab cash, handing them the amount they told me it was. The guy walked away and told another worker to "deal with us." He then told us that our total was $14.80. I proceeded to say that when the other guy told me the total it was less. He stood there with a nasty look and said "maybe you didn't get it after tax." I politely said that's ridiculous and he stood there repeating my order saying that my nuggets and fries were $8 after tax and my shake was $3 after tax which doesn't add up to $14.80. I then asked for my card back and he hesitated to give it back as if it was his. read more

Good food but very terrible and unfriendly service. Went for breakfast with my friend and what looked like the manager at the time gave him someone's change from the drive through (7 dollars). When she realized what happened she called him a terrible person and if he did it again she would call the cops. Not only that but when I got my breakfast sandwich I asked for no cheese but when I got it it had cheese. So I said I asked for no cheese and she argued with me that I didn't say that. Every time I've gone the food was good, pretty standard quality. I'm not sure if this girl still works there or not I seen her last in May 2015 but it was this young blonde girl. She was always so damn rude, she never greeted me and didn't seem enthusiastic ever, always talked very bluntly and in a rush. If only I had her name. There was actually one time I went with a group of friends, she was cleaning trays while we were waiting for our order and I guess someone in the group was staring at her so she bursted furiously at us and said "Do you have a problem or something?!" We were so startled by this, all of us shook our heads. That was seriously so ghetto though, I don't know if she believed she was some sort of white chola (gangster) or something but damn girl.
