I would like to start my review with a disclaimer that I am not related to, friends with, or being paid for my review. I am genuinely a lover of good food, cold beer, and above all, great pool tables ( not necessarily in that order). Jack's is the perfect place to unwind, meet up with friends, or get your game on while enjoying an adult beverage. If you'd like to be distracted with or enjoy sports, they have 10 large screen televisions. The juke box has a wide variety of music and adds to the background ambiance. The best part of Jack's, in my humble opinion, however, are the four Diamond, 7 ft. pool tables. The tables are fast, rails on point, and the pockets are tight. This is my third time visiting Jack's and the clientel each time have been exceptional. What I mean to say is that Jacks attracts a certain population of pool players, those that have a love and respect for the game. Good sportsmanship seems to be the common thread among players. The food is top-notch. It was my experience that if something's not right with what you order, they will make it right. Quote " We just want to make you happy" ?? Where does this type of customer service still exist?? I'm here to tell you it exists at Jack's. If you're thirsty, they have a wide variety of soft drinks and easily twenty beers on tap imports/domestic/IPA. For this atmosphere, service, tables, and cold beer, I travel 50 miles gladly. You can not have "Billiards" on your outside sign but when we walked in tell us we have to have our own sticks to play or we can "watch the league that is going to start soon" It was my cousins birthday on a Friday afternoon and there were 6 of us girls and they were just rude to us. Came by around 9:30 to get some drinks and shoot some pool I just moved to Rialto and saw awesome reviews my wife and a couple of friends stopped by to check the place out my wife was told they were full because of a league we totally understood and she turned to leave but as she attempted to leave he told her that we would have had to bring our own pool sticks in order to play because they don't provide them if we wanted to come back another day my wife kinda confused by that statement because I've never heard of a pool house that don't have pool sticks she came back outside and told me as we were standing outside trying to find another place to shoot pool the bouncer then followed her outside and told her that they don't give out pool sticks because the clientele that frequent the area don't take care of their property and they have really expensive pool tables so they can't afford to let customers ruin their sticks so in order to get away from him we walked a little farther up the street to find another pool house to continue our night I don't expect any solutions but I just thought the owner should be aware of the interaction because I'll probly never be back and I'll just find another pool house which sucks because it was so close to home hopefully other new customers don't have this same experience read more
